Almost a two years customer of this agency and counting.
Have had mainly positive experience so far.
Do not expect miracles, but as far as real estate agencies go, you probably won't find anything much better.
Also credit where credit is due. They've changed every appliance that's broke during my tenancy with no charge, including major ones like AC.
