I am extremely disappointed with both the delivery of my Father’s Day hamper and the company’s response to my complaint.

This was purchased as a special gift, but the parcel was left unattended on my doorstep during a heatwave. I did not receive any tracking emails or delivery notifications, despite being told that tracking had been provided. I have checked both my inbox and spam folder and have asked the company to provide proof that these notifications were sent.

My biggest concern was the condition of the food. Whilst the pasties had ice packs, other perishable items, including the cheese and clotted cream, did not appear to have been adequately protected from the high temperatures during transit. I did not feel it was safe to consume the contents.

I have ordered from this company before without any issues, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Rather than addressing my concerns about the packaging and food safety, customer services simply referred me to their terms and conditions and stated that it was my responsibility to track the parcel.

A company selling perishable food should ensure it is packaged appropriately to remain safe during delivery, particularly in extreme weather. I expected far better customer service and a willingness to investigate what had gone wrong, especially given that this was a Father’s Day gift.

Sadly, based on this experience, I would not order from them again.

Ordered a pasty hamper at £28.99 for my Father in Law for Fathers Day.
We live in the South, he lives in the North, so we couldn't get to see him.
We've ordered hampers before from another company with no problems.
Unfortunately that company couldn't deliver until after Father's day.
So ordered from Cornish Cream Teas as they could deliver Saturday 20th June.
My Father in Law never received his hamper.
On messaging Cornish Cream teas Rebecca replied it was lost in transit and due to the heat wave they couldn't deliver until the following Saturday.
Well what a disappointment.
The pasties were dry and cracked the scones were rock hard.
A waste of time and money.
If I could give zero stars I would.

Absolutely delicious pasties and cream scones in a very snazzy box, love it.

We as a family love Cornwall, along with proper Cornish pasty’s, “Cornish cream teas” (Jam first) and The Fishermen’s friends!
We have now had around four hampers from Cornish cream teas and the whole process from ordering to enjoying has been brilliant, the communication of posting and delivery, and the actual products themselves are so good.
So we can definitely recommend Cornish Cream teas!

I have ordered 3 or 4 times from this company now and everytime been outstanding . Always arrived on time and packaging really good . People I’ve bought for loved them . Will be ordering again 😊

I Ordered the Father’s Day box which came with nearly 2 of everything, and paid a really good price. However it did get lost in transit so didn’t arrive on the day, so emailed them and they replied straight away and got the problem sorted ASAP which I really appreciate.

Food tasted good. Bought 2 father's day boxes. My dad loved his and said he enjoyed it and my husband sad the scones were lovely to eat. Had an issue with Royal Mail and my husbands box taking an extended trip round the UK and emailed at the weekend not expecting a reply until Monday but Rebecca emailed back straight away trying to sort the issue. A replacement box was sent and couldn't fault the customer service.

Order arrived 5 days late stunk and gone off emailed multiple times was lied too disgusting customer service

From ordering to delivery a first class service. Packaged arrived within the time allocated. Quality of the food was perfect no damgage all remained fresh meaning nothing was wasted.

Just had my fathers day "Dad" Cornish pasty. How do I go back to eating supermarket ones?

The new phrase being: "once you've gone Cornish, you cant go back."

Have pasties been ruined for me because no others will be as good?

Was supposed to be a Father day gift from my daughter who 4 weeks prior to the day. She had to chase the gift which had not been processed. Arrived twp days late and the pasty was damaged. This the second and final order we will be placing.

I could talk about the quality of the product, but want to focus on the excellent customer service I have received.

I purchased something for Father's Day and Royal Mail delivered to the wrong address. The team responded to my concerns very quickly and were proactive in providing a solution.

After a quick investigation a replacement was sent out & my Dad loved it.

Was missing the tea and coffee sachets out of the hamper and the pasty i ordered was supposed to be heart shaped. However it came completely circle like. Food was absolutely amazing though really really nice and customer service was ok. I was offered a replacement or refund for the missing items however got given very little money back. Delivery was spot on with the right day delivered. Couldn't fault the food just the missing items and the look of the pasty compared to the picture on the website.

Received a cornish tea as a present from my daughter. Absolutely beautiful. Pasty had "DAD" as part of the pastry and was delicious. Cornish cheese was amazing. Everything in the box was top notch. Really enjoyed it.

We waited in all day Sunday and could see our daughter and grandsons disappointment as the surprise did not arrive her making contact and being assured it was on its way indeed in the evening we had a Tex it could not be delivered as no one at home on checking our cctv no attempt was made to deliver the seller was contacted again just a worthless SORRY.

Today wow it was delivered 27c no refrigeration ice packs melted so in the bin it went even the courier said don’t eat that it’s been in the van a couple of days.

My advice to customers don’t purchase even giving a one star is generious.

Received a surprise box from Cornish cream teas as a Father's day gift from my daughter. Packed with goodies including a lovely meat pasty one of the best i have ever tried. The box included to scones and butter and a pot of chilli jam and a pot of onion marmalade. No cream or jam for the scones which I found a bit strange as it wasa fromCornish Cream Teas??????

From placing the order, to the excellent customer service when I needed help with changing the delivery date; the quality of packaging and the absolutely delicious contents; I have nothing but praise for Cornish Cream Teas who I thoroughly recommend and will 100% be ordering from again!
