I ordered one of the products. the waiting time was long, which was not problem. When I received the product they send me a very different color that I am unable to use.
I wrote several emails without any answer about a return procedure.
I do not recommend the company at all. No customer service during this circumstance is not talking good about a company.

Beautynetkorea ships much faster and cheaper too. This website is slow and allows you to checkout items that are out of stock to waste your time. Also shipped me a broken package and refuse to refund anything nor contact me. A total scam don't take your chances when there are much more decent businesses out there.

Very competitive prices and a good range of products. Shipping is also very reasonable.

There are constant discounts! Dispatch times are quite fast and items are always packed well with samples.

Customer service responds in 1-2 business days and they immediately issue refunds if there is no stock. I've always had positive experiences with this company.

Hello everyone! In july I had the worst experience online shopping with COSMETIC LOVE... TOTAL SCAM... still I was emailing and trying to contact them...never a reply...but then it came to my mind! Oh! I paid with paypal... then I contacted them, raised a complain and opened a case.. got my money full amount of money into my account this morning... I started the process just nearly 13 days ago only! It's quick and you get your money back! and you learn how NOT TO BUY from them again!! Good luck!!

I'm ONLY giving this company 1 star because I have to in order to leave this review. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! They say they have a money back guarantee. THEY DO NOT!! they will ONLY REFUND YOUR SHIPPING COST. This stuff is no different than cover girl or maybelline you buy from any store. I bought a tube filled with water and only a little bit of product. BUYER BEWARE

This is scam website I purchased 13 Oct 19 till now no reply my email and messenger.

Stay away from this product and company! I had an allergic reaction their product and tried to figure out how to return this product. It took two emails to their customer service department to even be acknowledged that they received my email. Their response was that do not accept returns on opened products and will not refund. I am unable to use their product and feel this company is a scam. Maybelline Lash Sensational is HALF the price and doesn't cause allergic reactions

Lost my package and refuses to acknowledge any emails I send them. They love to screw over innocent people.

Cosmetic-Love used to be my go-to place for Asian skincare since it's pretty cheap in comparison to other sites. I've been shopping at this site for a long time so I remember back when they had free shipping, which is a major bonus.

They've since added shipping (by weight) and for the most part, I only buy certain brands (like Mamonde) that I can't buy from my other regular sites.

With the past few orders, I keep on getting refunded because items are "out of stock." If they're out of stock, why doesn't the product page say this? I went back after I got that email and saw that the item that's supposedly "out of stock" is still available for purchase; you can add it to your cart. I assume if anyone does it, they'll also run into the same problem like me.

They need to do a MUCH better job at keeping items stocked, their inventory managed, and their site 100% updated. I'm not sure why it took almost a week for them to notify me that the item is out of stock. Unless you really can't find your item anywhere else (literally ANYWHERE else), I would not recommend Cosmetic Love anymore.

After reading some reviews I decided to write my own.
I have been buying from this site for 2 years and never had any problem.
It is true that their customer service is below average. So dont expect to get answers if you have product questions. However I have never been ignored if having any problem with my order. I have had new product sent for free when I received a product where the container had a crack. I have also gotten full refund when they couldnt send me an item I ordered. The shipping cost does add up but if you compare with other sites or stores on eBay you will see they have competitive prices even when including shipping cost.
This site is a bit slow to ship the item (takes 2-5 days before they ship) but after that its up to postal office. They always provide a tracking number so its easy to follow the package.
All in all I have no problems shopping form this site and have never experienced to not get the items I order or that the shop offers a good solution if something goes wrong.

Don't even try to buy in Cosmetic Love they never send the products and Customer Service is really awful, they don't care about customers...

I got a parcel and I am very disappointed. Its an expensive item, which is [Whoo] Luxury Golden Cushion - #23. That is previously used!!! The top and bottom of the cover with the mirror that has a cushion in is all scratched up and the use by date is changed. It's dangerous to use that kind of product. It's unacceptable. I made 2 orders on this website and in the first order their put half of the most expensive samples that I've ordered and I wrote twice about it and their completely ignored me. Also in the first order the cushion Iope only worked once and then it stopped filling up and turned out to be completely empty and dried out. I though at first it was just an one off mistake and a faulty product, so I've ordered a refill but now when I got a used product with a fake use by date I can see that this company is a fraud.

Super fast delivery. After reading a lot of negative comments about their shipping I was a bit doubtful. But I received my package as promised and in good condition. Thank you cosmetic love.

I join the other people saying the customer service is horrible, they don't even care about their customers and won't answer you, they are just after your money... my packaging didn't arrive even though it has been over a month... I don't recommend you to buy from them just find another website ! waste of money and time :(

The package has arrived undamaged but it took well over a month for it to even get to my country. Their website claims that they ship within 3 days, but my package has been shipped after two weeks of waiting. I've contacted customer support number of times and got no response. The cheaper prices aren't worth it.

I have bought about 12 times from them so far. They offer cheaper rates along with shipping to my country so I opt for them. There were times when I got oxidized Vitamin C product. I escalated the issue but they never addressed it. You are good to buy from them as long as the product isn't volatile like Vitamin C.

I asked on August 9, 2018 for cosmetic love and I did not receive any updates so far, September, 13. My request still with status not fulfilled. (# 75864)

Worst customer service ever! Lack of customer care!

You will most likely get either a large shipping cost, not have one of your products from your order list send to you, or have to wait a long time for your products to arrive at your doorstep.
The shipping cost is depending on its weight, which can quickly add up. One time I brought a few sheet mask from this site but when I went to confirm my purchase, the shipping cost was more expensive the total cost of sheet mask I brought. Also if a product has heavy packaging, like glass, the shipping cost would shoot up dramatically, from as low as $5.00 USD to over $20.00 USD.
On multiple occasions, I didn't get one or more products from my order list. Sometimes its sunscreen, sometimes its moisturizer, but all the time it is not completely refunded. It is always partially refunded, which makes it even more irritating. This notice can be as early as within the week you order it or as long as a month after waiting, which happen to me when I order during the Black Friday event.
Whether you buy the cheapest or most expensive type of transportation route, you will always have to wait forever, that you begin to question whether or not your order was even being shipped in the first place. I had to wait over a month, A MONTH, for the normal shipping. Plus I didn't even know the progress of my order shipment since this type of shipment didn't send any notice to the customer. Another instance, I had to wait or 2 to 3 weeks longer than expected when I used their other shipment types. Not only did I had to wait for weeks on end, I had to pay even more for the unreliable transportation.
To be safe, as a previous customer, I recommend using another website. While there are always sales, the shipping cost balances it out with other websites and the unreliable customer service makes the shopping experience unenjoyable. Take my advice (or rant depending on how you look at it) and go to a reliable website other than Cosmetic Love.

At first after reading so many negative comments over the internet, I was afraid that I'm never gonna receive anything. It took some time, but I finally got my package (ordered March 7, received on March 29 and I'm from Bulgaria). Plus they sent me pretty amazing gift samples. Thank you, Cosmetic love for the amazing experience and for the affordable price of beauty!
Definitely will order again!
