They forced us to order our drinks and one of our drinks came a hour late and not been able to stay long

Cosmo Derby is definitely a 5 star for me and is so great I love the fact that you can go up and take get your food instead of waiting for someone to do it me and my family always used to have birthday party’s here and they were childhood memory’s to remember .
I definitely recommend Cosmo.

Cosmo Derby, Brilliant Manager named Sid, We have been twice recently and Live on the coast in Cleethorpes, so we bypass Doncaster and come to the Derby restaurant, I would just like to point out how courteous not only the manager is but how the staff are too, its nice to see such a diverse workforce and every one gets along so nicely, the foods good too, it must be difficult due to social distancing to get all the food on properly so I bet they can't wait for legislation too change. I can emphasise that even though half the restaurant hadn't even been used tonight, the staff were deep cleaning all the chairs tables and floors!! Love this restaurant and Well done Sid and the team

Cosmo Bristol, a great experience and food. They have gone to great lengths to make it compliant to indoor buffet dining, the food was amazing, the interior has been upgraded, not crowded and overall an excellent service. Cant recommend it enough. Dont always read reviews check it out and make your own opinion.

If I could give more than 5 stars I definitly would.

Had been waiting excitedly for reopening after refurbishment. Very dissapointed. More tables crammed making it very difficult to get in and out for food and less food choice. Lots of empty dishes not refilled in the time we were there. Food ok if you only wanted veggies! No beef dishes or ribs, not even any sweet and sour! Dessert was limited to 3 types of cake or chocolate ice cream. No chocolate fountain or vanilla ice cream. No prawn crackers. Ignored by servers. When I asked the manager if there were any ribs was told not doing them today!
I have been going there for celebration meals since they first opened as was always my favorite place to eat as the choice of food suited everyone. Not any more!
Wont be going back unless they do something serious to up their game.

Visited the Oxford Cosmo this afternoon & will definitely not return. Food was horrid & absolutely no choice they hardly had anything out!! Would not recommend..

Avoid Cosmo Belfast. Was left standing in the reception like a sardine for 20 minutes even though we were the second couple to enter after the doors opened at 17:00. The arrogant person behind the desk was seating people that arrived 10-20 mins after us. Decided to leave and go the local Nando as you get better service and seated as soon as you walk in. First ever experience of Cosmo and assured definitely the last.

We have been to the Norwich Cosmo on a number of times, and I must say it is very good value for money, there is always a good selection of food, which you can eat as much as you like, the staff are always friendly and welcoming, there are good discounts, there is plenty of time to eat, also a good way of being able to mix and match food. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitly would.

My daughter was charged incorrectly at Cosmo Sheffield 30 December - despite phone calls and emails this still remains unresolved. Terrible service!

COSMO Nottingham always fantastic, fresh and delicious food with very good service from the staff. We go every month and we've never had a bad meal.

Amazing customer service, great food and drink!

Bit expensive but totally worth it.

I went for my friends birthday and was disappointed by the customer service, staff were not friendly or helpful and when I went to the toilet the bathroom was disgusting with toilet tissue everywhere, wee all over the toilet seat and broken toilet seats.

Would not recommend!!!

Cosmo used to be one of the best buffet places around with the quality of food and choice but unfortunately they have reduced the choice especially with the desserts and decreased the quality of food. In particular recently at Doncaster the beef in black bean sauce was very fatty and the majority of the Chinese dishes tasted like it was processed meat.
The desserts are now shocking. They didn't have any sweets, no cheesecakes and Icecream is now served not as fresh in a polystyrene tub that reminds me of when supermarkets used to sell frozen mouses . Really poor and their Facebook page does not respond to you which suggests they do not care about customer experience

I like it here. Its gota great choice of food. The staff are friendly too

Myself and my friends are violently unwell after eating at Cosmo’s in Reading on Saturday. Doctors have all been visited and all officially reported to environmental health department.

Our ages range from 2 to 45. 3 kids too unwell for school. One very sick baby who won’t eat or drink and two adults off work.

Violent vomiting, fever, headache, diarrhoea Are present in all of us.

Not what we wanted to remind us of our visit to Cosmo’s.
