Arrived within postage timescale

Instructions to erect were only just adequate and could do with some improvement , maybe a YouTube video would suit best. Took around 2 to 3 hours to erect.

Barbecue is light weight so no issues moving it around

Piped up to the calor gas bottle and no leaks or issues

Delivery went as it should. BBQ itself is excellent. Easy to put together (a little daunting initially, but actually very straightforward). Rotisserie addition was well worth it.

Not used the Barbecue yet or even opened the boxes but plan to be using it this summer. Grill arrived with next day delivery and was well packaged.

Easy to assemble

I ordered my Cosmogrill which arrived a few days later, I used it for the first time after building it (which was pretty straightforward) and it’s super, really happy with it!

I recently purchased a grill from CosmoGrill and overall I’ve had a really positive experience. From the start, everything felt smooth and well-handled, which made the whole process enjoyable rather than stressful.

One thing that really stood out to me was the customer service. It’s not often you come across a team that’s both responsive and genuinely helpful, but that was definitely the case here. Any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence in the purchase.

I also want to give a special mention to Ian, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was friendly, attentive, and went out of his way to make sure everything was sorted. It’s clear he really cares about customers and takes pride in what he does, which made a big difference to my experience.

Overall, I’d definitely recommend CosmoGrill to anyone looking for a reliable product backed by excellent customer service.

I decided to order from Cosmo grill due to their stated fair returns policy which I took a screenshot for reference. I asked for a return and was told that despite it stating in the policy that a free change of mind exchange was ok I was going to be charged a £40 return fee. This feels was waived but I still got a lecture on how they were doing me a favour!! Read your own policy!!! The product is fine but I could have bought it elsewhere cheaper without the extra stress. It also states 2 year warranty on the website but the box and instructions say 1 so which is it??

Replacement grills for XXL smoker. Arrived very quickly, well packed. Perfect fit.

I purchased the Plantinum Yamara Cosmo Grille 4 + 2 with the cover and used it for the first time this weekend. It gets 5 stars from me because everything has all been great. Ordering and customer support from Cosmo Grille were great. Delivery came one day early, good job we were in! Assembly was fine but i can see people may find it tricky. The BBQ is made from 100% Stainless Steel from what I can see and so thats great, no disappointment's there, its sturdy enough, well built ,looks impressive and is easy to use. It cooked really well and got up to heat quickly. we had some sticking to the hot grilles but they are cast iron and I need to improve how I manage them. Cleaning!! thats a pain as I want to look after it for years to come. I have ordered a few Stainless Steel pans to reduce splashes on the side burner and heating rack and HD baking foil to line the main drip areas with foil so i can just throw it away and not take 2 hours cleaning it.
The cover is sturdy, fits well and is a little short but i think thats ok to stop rodents climbing up and let it air. overall, really pleased and cant wait for more BBQs with easier cleaning.

I purchased barbecue based on Amazon information that it has got cast iron grates. What arrived was metal one.
Amazon information was misleading due to Ai error.
They didn’t provide return shipping label, and asked me to pay £49 for return. They also offered iron grate and plate at discounted price which I agreed and paid.
Some manager however messaged me they are sending two grates instead. Not what I agreed with previous customer service representative. I already hate that Cosmo barbeque before even assembling it.
It actually started to rust 5 days after building up. Rust shows on top part which actually arrives assembled.

Zandra was very helpful! Needed a spare part that they do not typically sell but she managed to get this done for us! Very happy with the service.

Never 100% sure what you are getting buying online but this does not disappoint. Very well manufactured and looks decent. Plenty of room to cook and got the flat plate in the bundle. Delivery was easy and on the day I specified. Just need some sun now!!

Ordered the product via the B&Q website. The item was delivered on time, without any hassle.

One of the items was faulty, the team was accessible via email and WhatsApp. I contacted the team via WhatsApp to flag the issues, within 3 business days they investigated it and were able to reorder a replacement item from their supplier.

Just hoping the BBQ lives up the customer service :-)

I've had my Cosmo BBQ for about 2 years when a fault occurred which I thought was terminal. Spoke to their agent who suggested sending a video of the problem via WhatsApp. I received a reply almost instantly from their agent Zandra to try a new regulator which fixed my problem. If your looking for a new BBQ look at CosmoGrill you won't be disappointed and the after care service is stunning.
