Selling my inherited Grandfather's watch to Doug, via Cotswold Time, has been efficient, well priced and reassuring at all stages of the process. Whilst a fair price is expected - and was certainly received; a kind consideration for sentiment in these circumstances was also greatly appreciated. Through my selling 'journey' with Doug I have found him to be honest, fair and trustworthy.

Buying a watch from Doug was an absolute pleasure. I sent an enquiry via his website on a Saturday and not expecting to hear back till the Monday but he replied same day and sale agreed before the end of the weekend.
He was quick to supply additional pictures and info and clearly knows his Tudors. The watch itself was better than described and the price very agreeable.
When buying luxury watches there is a saying ‘buy the seller, not the watch’ and with Doug that was definitely the case. Much more reassuring than buying private from chrono24 or eBay for example. Sadly I’ll probably not be able to buy another Tudor for a while but if I did I know where to go.

I bought a Breitling for my father in laws 60th, and the whole process from start to end was flawless. From sourcing the watch at the best price I could find anywhere, to them delivering it in person when I was coincidentally in the Cotswolds for a car event nearby.
We even had what we first thought was a potential issue with the watch not keeping the right time and they were brilliant in helping us. I discovered that it was being caused by a cheap watch winder (not bought from this company) over-winding it, and it was gaining about 10s a day as my father in law had it on there constantly. It was very reassuring to know, though, that they would have gone out of their way to sort an issue if there actually was one. Can't fault them at all, would definitely recommend!
