Awful customer service. Like everyone here, I reached out 4 times and nothing! I have no choose but to call my AMEX and aske them to stop payment and to report this place as a scam site to AMEX.

Impossible to get ahold of. I’ve sent so many emails and Instagram dm’s trying to get help with my order. No one responds ! I’m going to have to ask for a refund if no one gives me an update. I bought a dress meant for my bridal shower AND paid $38 extra for express shipping!

Bought shoes that started to fall apart after minimal wear over 1 month. Poor sizing description also. Company said could return shoes but this costs nearly as much as the shoes. They refused to refund. Contacted again to say that is not acceptable. Not surprisingly no reply. Would advise-Dont buy from this company.

This company is not worth the risk. They sent bad quality products and then refuse to respond to customer service emails. It’s simply not good enough. I bought a £50 dress that I could have gotten better quality from SHEIN and the zip broke before I could even wear it once. Do not buy

J'ai récemment tenté de retourner un article, et on m'a demandé 66€ somme non remboursée en plus des 15 dollars par article, comme indiqué sur votre site web. La qualité est décevante, et j'ai dû annuler une séance photo. J'ai perdu 270€, et votre délai de livraison a largement dépassé l'estimation du site. Les commentaires sur Trustpilot mentionnent régulièrement des problèmes de taille inexacte, et il semble que rien n'ait été fait pour résoudre ce problème. Je suis extrêmement en colère d'avoir perdu cet argent et que rien ne soit fait pour palier à ce problème !

I have ordered a dress on this website and immediately regretted it.
I sent them an email to know if it was possible to cancel the order, since I had received no shipping confirmation.
I received no answer.
Now after several emails and messages on Instagram, no reaction from them.
I just want to either receive the article or be refunded.

Ordered the Aubrey dress as a gift for my mother at the beginning of May and have received nothing. Despite numerous attempts to contact them through email and their Instagram page, I have had no response (they are uploading pictures and stories so I’m being ignored). I have contacted my bank to get my refund and will not be shopping with them again.

J’ai beaucoup aimé les robes que j’ai acheté la bas (notamment une en laine qui est vraiment formidable pour l’hiver) mais si ils décident de ne pas vous répondre il est vrai que ça peut être embêtant, néanmoins en passant par leur Instagram ils répondent immédiatement ou rapidement.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered back in October 2022 for a pre-order item and it is now April 2023 and I have not gotten any update on my order. I have reached out to the customer service both on their website, through email and through instagram DMs and despite one comment asking how they can help, have not had any help whatsoever. They are ignoring me on purpose along with several other people based on the comments on their posts so clearly even commenting under their instagram posts to check DMs has not worked as they have been commenting on this website. At this point it seems as though they have just stolen my money as well, and they know it. Give me my money back, or respond to your DMs. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! CLEARLY A SCAM!!!

EDIT: I have emailed you, started a chat on your website and reached out on instagram and have been ignored on all 3. I have screenshots and am happy to show you them at any time.

I ordered 3 dresses on the 14th of January. It costs me 180€.
After 3 weeks of no news, i received an email telling me one item is on the way and the two other are prepared for shipping. I received the first dress on the 13th of February. I send several messages on their website, on instagram et by email for the two dresses missing and got no answer. They ignored me. They stole me 120€. It's been 2 months that i payed for the order.
Order #8164, don't tell me to contact you, just send my dresses or give me a refund.

I ordered a few items in November of last year and never received them. I kept emailing and trying to contact them via their instagram to no avail. Now I can’t even login to my account as it says it never existed?? What in the scam is this.

I've bought a pair of trousers and a dress, the clothes arrived in a beautiful packaging and perfectly in time, following the exact delivery planning. Both the clothes fit perfectly and are the same in the photos shows on their site. I've bought my clothes a while ago and I use these clothes a lot, and their condition are still perfect, due to the hight quality of the material (they absolutely worth their price). Plus, the owners of the site are really gentle and available!

I love their collections! The only thing is my last order was a bit delayed but they’re customer service team responded to me quickly with the tracking details and everything arrived in the end. Would recommend shopping with them them but be aware there may be delays and sometimes it takes longer to arrive than their website says

J'ai alors envoyé plusieurs mails ainsi que plusieurs messages insta mais je n'ai eu aucune réponse en retour ( alors que ça fait déjà 4 mois ). Je suis vraiment très déçu, n'achetez jamais sur ce site c'est genre une semi arnaque.

I placed an order in June, when I received it an item was missing. I then sent several emails as well as several insta messages but I had no response in return (although it's already been 4 months). I am really very disappointed, never buy on this site it's like a semi scam
