I would give this company a 0 if I could. Bought reading glasses, 4 pairs, and after waiting weeks to receive them they are the WORST QUALITY RUBBISH I've ever bought. NO ANSWER TO EMAILS. A complete waste of money. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

If I could give no stars that would be more reflective of this scam company. Glasses I ordered were useless and no replies to emails to return and get refund. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Very poor quality shoes, wanted to return as pairs do not match at back and seem to be unusual sizing. Emailed the very next day and a little later, no response at all. The box was very battered on arrival, they say packaging must be intact for return, but since it is obviously a scam they have no intention of refunding any money. Have hung on to see if a reply may come, but it is now 2 months since despatch.

I bought a pair of glasses from the site lured by youtube.com, claiming their glasses can automatically focus on near and far. In reality it was worse than a glass you can buy at the dollar store checkout counter. Completely wasting of money.

just tried to buy something but checked out site and found all feedback to be reported fraudulent. Icanceled payment I hope in time be careful if using very very careful I pulled out in time I hope

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes they said handmade in Kobe. Got email confirmation very quickly n notification of shipping. Everything as usual till this point.
Item arrived with torn shoe boxes smashed inside a too small bag.
Shoes were much larger than the normal shoe size compared to other retailers.
No marking of made nor material at all on the shoes. Should I trust Kobe handmade ?
I immediately emailed to ask for a refund which the site declared refund available….
Following the instruction on site. Now a few email had been sent since 3weeks. Got no reply still from them。

The advert shows a different model with a different battery.

They advertised that Japanese Craftsmanship Heritage] Men’s Casual Shoes M ade of Imported Siamese Crocodile Skin.

This is all a lie and a scam. They advertise their products as being handmade by Japanese artisans, but they're not leather, not Japanese, and are just cheap, trashy products made in China. This company's advertising is completely fraudulent. Never buy from them.!!!!!

Wish I could give a big fat zero for this company I received the item described as a lawm mower made in Germany but was a strimmer from China I charged it worked for a total of 10 mins then totally nothing I recharged the batter still nothing contacted wrote them on about 4 different email adresses then finally got a result an email back from the company who at first said 10%discount and I could give the item to friends/family who would want a broken battery operated lawn mower (strimmer) i know i don't. Latest email which is a total of 20 emails going back and for this 75%and keep the piece of plastic that is totally useless. I told them no and will keep saying no till I get a full refund plus if they want the item returned they pay for the postage. I have never ever received such terrible customer service in my life what a way to treat an OAP, the end of the last email says the following. We always believe that satisfying you is the best solution. No matter what choice you make, we will fully cooperate! (Yes they put the exclamation in the email) I wish you a happy life Rosie. I will leave it up to you but I wish in my heart of hearts that I had neverseen that advert and will never ever buy from them again

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!
I ordered a Portable lithium battery garden lawn mower from this company , it looked great in the picture and it said it was half price ( 1st lie you can get them cheaper on Amazon )
On arrival i could see that this had been opened before and then obviously sent back by someone else, the box was all broken as well.
Inside the box the blade which came with it was tiny nothing like the picture they show on the website, so i was not happy at all and wanted to return it for a refund.
On their website it says its easy to return for a full refund for up to 14 days , you just have to e-mail them on the address they give( 2nd lie)
I have now e-mailed them 4 times over the last 9 days and they just do not respond at all , it is all a lie to steal peoples money sending shoddy goods.
I also found out that it is a chinese company had i know that i would never have ordered from them, and how i wished i had looked on here first as well.
I would have given them 0 stars if i could they are just a rip off company!
I tried to leave a review on their website but you cant do that either they only will put up made up 5 star reviews.

What a complete and utter scam. It is not made in Germany, it is made in China like all the other shit stuff. It packed up and stopped working after 2 weeks!! I have emailed them 3 times and guess what?? No response...surprise, surprise! They say in the advert it has a 10 year warranty, mine didn't last 10 days!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered the strimmer for my partner he saw the advert on his phone and was really excited about the way it cuts in the advert it said its a German product when tapped on the link it went to Couameder, after I had paid I had a SCAM ALERT tried to cancel was unsuccessful so waited to see if the item would arrive, after 10 days it arrived when my partner opened the package and put the strimmer together he was absolutely gutted the blade is to small nothing like the advert ,we paid £57 for this load of rubbish we bought one similar in Aldi last year for £19.98 and its much better guality. would never buy again from these people BEWARE DONT BUY FROM THEM SCAM IT CAME FROM CHINA .

Zero Stars really. Product mis-described, doesnt work, doesnt do what the adverts (or their video) says it will do and is made in, and shipped from, China not Germany as they state. They lie about the Returns period. I messaged them 3 times during that period but they didn't even reply. DO NOT USE - a SCAM!
