Firstly apologies to Couch Cloud I ordered from them on 29th August after reading about the company being Australian owned, shipping from Australia so was very surprised when I received tracking from China. I emailed the company venting my dissapointment & assuming they were not Australian owned. I want to say thank you for the phone call I received to let me know they ARE a small family run Australian company, the reason they were shipped directly from their supplier was because they had run out off stock which does make sense. So the problem being lack of communication. The lady (4got her name) explained all of this in a pleasant proffesional manner so thank you for the excellent customer service, now looking forward to my delivery.

I purchased this sofa/couch cover from an ad on Instagram because it advertised as an Aussie company. Delivery time close to 3 weeks so i am guessing from China?
However it did not perform as advertised & has been a complete waste of money. Upon arrival & 1st use Excellent, followed the guideline's for laundering & after the 1st wash it was no longer ‘non-slip’. I informed the company however disappointingly they weren’t interested.
