Hi, I would rate counselling directory up to a 4.8 when accessing as a counselling advertising their services. The admin team/especially Holly where very helpful and supportive. The only part I struggled/struggle with is there is having no spell check when editing. I did mention this and yes I was assured they would do all the spell checks, However as someone who is quite dyslexic I found that and some of the wording frustrating and difficult to understand. Hollie again was very helpful and it is important for me to be able to speak with someone in person and not having to do everything online as what we read/write is interpreted differently by everyone individually at different times.

I have recently contacted 2 therapists. One I have not received a response from and the second advised she could not help me, providing no explanation.I have just emailed another therapist , but this will be the last if no suitable response is received.

I recently signed up to Counselling Directory and I can’t fault the customer service that I received. The website itself is very easy to use and unlike other sites of this nature, I found you weren’t restricted by word counts. There are also some very useful hints on how to market yourself.
