To say weeks is a massive exaggeration and with great sarcasm--today is only the 10th working day since order. I do hope you might wish to change your comment to reflect some degree of accuracy?
The goods were ordered at 1820 on 21st March. They were despatched on 23rd and arrived in your town on 25th March---just 4 days. Deutsche Post held them pending payment of import duty and customs inspection. How is this possibly weeks? Our MD has emailed you with information as below (we have removed links for privacy reasons)
Might it not have been kinder to have phoned or e-mailed before posting such a negative message. We would have been very pleased to have helped if we knew the parcel had not yet arrived. Don’t you think that have been more respectful?

1. Order Placed 21st March at 1820hrs
2. Order Shipped 23rd March by Royal Mail Tracked delivery and confirming mail sent to you—(Despatched after one full working day is pretty good I think—don’t you?)
3. Tracking number sent to you by royal mail on 23rd March https://
4. The package has been in your city since 25th March
It would appear that the failure here is not with my company but with Deutsche Post who have had the package now for 7 days. Click here-> Deutsche Post | letter | item status . They may well have contacted you to make arrangements to pay import duty?
So, Mr Bottersdorf; I hope you are pleased with the negative and damaging comments posted on TrustPilot. We managed to get the parcel to your city within 4 days of order which I think is pretty good. If Deutsche Post have failed to contact you then I would be very grateful if you could explain how this is our problem. And as I say—if only you would have called or mailed I would have been very pleased to have helped you—we pride ourselves on helping our customers.
