We stayed at the Atholl Palace, near Pitlochry, it was magnificent! The room was fab, the food was wonderful and the restaurant staff were second to none!

I had cancelled a booking and wanted to use my voucher credit for another hotel. I rang to organise this and Kirsty could not have been more helpful and friendly. In fact this one one of the best customer experiences I’ve had for a very long time!

Good web site, informative and easy to book. We had a good value break at a beautiful hotel.

Very pleased, I made contact with a dog related question then I was asked for preferred date. Next email clearly laid out the offer with all the required information and I booked.

I recently reserved a weekend away for the end of august after 15 yrs of not being able to go away. I double booked a weekend and also fallen short of my salary (my fault for not checking until I realised after) I have emailed your reservation to cancel and get a full refund within a matter of a day. However I received an email claiming your company is holding back 25%off the full payment which I believe that that wouldn’t happen. I have relayed back via email to reservations and waiting to hear back on gaining my full refund

Very easy to navigate and most importantly a really good deal and great savings

Booked and paid for a lakeside view room for two nights , which said it was available.
Got a phone call the next day saying that there were no lakeside view rooms available.
Very disappointed, as it was going to be a special treat.
Was told on the phone call I could have a valley view room, which is £60 cheaper. I have been charged for the dearer room and still awaiting a refund.

Booked online. Able to view hotel facilities and reviews before booking. Voucher I was given went through as part payment without issue.

An easy to book process involved in arranging our hotel stay. A well laid out website with a great variety of hotels and places to choose from. All the information is in place making a decision straightforward.

The booking system was great, however, there was no option to pay with Amex, which for us was a shame.
