Not just great product, great after sale service too.
CP-16 is a great life saver for me, no more drive to fill up and carry my 5-gallon water jug anymore.
Customer service is also top notch, when I have encounter issue, they resolves it right away and resolve it as seamlessly with minimum impact to my usage of CP-16.

We were in love with the water from the get go. My sister is a water snob & says it’s the best she’s ever had. Our machine stopped putting out water, we contacted the company via email. They responded same day with quick tips to fix the issue. When that didn’t get resolved they sent us a replacement unit. Now we’re back to fantastic water. I highly recommend CovePure for fantastic water & excellent customer service

CovePure produces the best quality and tasting water. The ease of use is phenomenal. Having hot water for tea, or ice cold water at the tough of a button is wonderful. Customer service, namely Isabel, is also fantastic. They are quick to respond and always willing to help. Can’t recommend this product more!

So, if you’re a prepper ..or even a regular non prepper who isn’t comfortable not having extra water filters around be aware that cove pure doesn’t allow you to buy more than 1, 6 month filter . It’s bizzare. What if another covid happens and you can’t get more?
I was ordering the system , had my cart and decided to add 4 extra filters( PCB ) and one extra RO filter and I couldn’t.
They say only one type of filter per order ( it uses two types) then I said ok I’ll just order 4 extra filters for w year supply.
Nope. You’re allowed 1 filter, not one of each type you need but choose one, then that’s it.
So If an event occurs your very expensive water purifier is useless if you can’t get filters.
Then they try to say you have to subscribe to get extra filters and only then will you get one every 6 months.
Needless to say I cancelled the order and bought a second water drop NSA certified purifier and 5 extra years of filters.

After much research, we purchased our Cove Pure filter in August 2025. Our experience has been excellent. The setup instructions were well organized and easy to follow. The filters were extremely easy to install. There is a training video as well and that really helped us understand the overall product. We have had zero issues with the product since installation. The product quality is excellent and it looks great in our kitchen. After 6 months of usage, we highly recommend this product.

I bought my CovePure a few months ago after seeing it in my daughter's apartment in New York. I was amazed at how easy it was to set up and how good the water tasted but the real delight was the level of service I received when I had a question or when a code needed to be cleared. Kimmy was my online assistant and she was fabulous. There probably are a few of these types of machines on the market but knowing that you will talk to a real human being and have any issue resolved is HUGE!

If I could give this ZERO STARS I WOULD. I bought this filter from an ad I saw on one of my favorite podcasters. First mistake. I bought it for my hubs for his birthday. And I had to finance it because it’s pricey. Within the second week, it started leaking from the bottom. I contacted them at the number provided, which is a Nashville area code. They are not in Nashville. They’re in Connecticut or Delaware or somewhere up north. They did not address the problem. Insisted they asked that I send a video of it leaking. As if I have time to stand there and wait for it to leak. I have been emailing them back and forth trying to get this resolved. They have stopped responding. I want to return this piece of garbage and want my money back. They have done nothing to contact me after I sent them a video of the leak. Terrible product. Terrible customer service. Don’t waste your money. Then I find out a friend of mine has 2 of them at his job and they had to buy a deep tray to set theirs in because they leak so bad from the bottom. And they use a shop vac to get the leaked water up. As far as the features of the filter, you have to remove the back reservoir and dump the water left and refill it. Which I have to do in the bathtub, because it’s too big for the sink. It has hot and cold water settings. But neither of them make any difference to the temperature of the water. It’s all room temp. Why have a hot and cold setting if the water might differ 5 degrees? The replacement filters are $80!! And I don’t see this company being open in another 5 years. So, idk where you’d even be able to get the filters from. So disappointed. I just wanted to get a replacement machine. I thought maybe I got a lemon. But after talking to the friend with the two machines at his job, now I see this is part of the design and it’s terribly flawed. Buyer beware.

I recently purchased a CovePure water system and absolutely love it! I have been filtering my water for years, taking out all the benefits of drinking water but your system adds back those nutrients. I wanted to know more about how the CovePure system works and sent an email to the company. I received an email from Kimmy and she was so polite and kind, besides being very knowledgeable about how the CovePure system operates. CovePure Water System would make a great gift for a family member or close friend.

I had an issue with the pitcher on my countertop filter unit and Kimmy with the support group listened to my description, asked a couple of questions and ultimately solved the problem with a replacement part. It was fast and pleasant experience. Further, we love the RO purifier, which works as advertised and dispenses great tasting, pure water. Thanks

My review is about a problem.
So why five stars?
Any company can sell you something, but the team of people behind the product is more important than what engineers and designers can put together...
Have you ever tried to call Comcast or AT&T customer service? Yeah that's what I'm talking about.
This team of people did a fantastic job resolving a problem I had so I feel great telling my friends they should get one. Talk is cheap!
I hope that makes sense.

Due to health problems I can not drink our water but once it is run through the Covepure machine I can! It has made my daily life easier and I drink so much more water now. It has been wonderful, easy to use, and the customer service is quick and helpful!

Recommended and got an extra discount from YouTuber, "The Officer Tatum". This is so easy to set up. They sent me a video for set up that was easy to follow. I just set it up today and already loving it! The only thing I had a hard time figuring out is how to get the cold/ hot water as it is not very specific in the manual but I sent am email and got an instant response! First day using it and I'm already very impressed!
