Never received items, they ship from India. I opened a ticket, was told I’d hear from someone in 2 hours. 24 hours later I received a response they were closing my ticket. I never got a chance to talk to someone. I’m going to open a case with AmEx to get a refund.

The custom covers I ordered do not fit…
The custom covers I ordered do not fit after providing links to the dimensions of the chairs and also providing adjustments to the rendering. It took multiple attempts to get help and was then sent directions to send multiple videos of the new covers. Overall this does not match my prior experiences with Covers&All and I’m very disappointed.

The back cover was supplied with no filling . Contacted covers&all received prompt reply requesting video of covers. The filling for the rear cover is being sent shortly. Excellent customer service. My cover arrived when stated. The website was good and easy to select the size and number of eyelets etc.
The quality seems good, but I haven't put it up yet. I'm waiting for a nice warm day so that I can unfold it to get it nice and smooth first. Thankyou. I look forward to getting it fitted.

Prompt, thoughtful, and responsive
There were 3 rounds of emails with your designer to make sure the measurements were accurate. Your designer responded promptly and asked good questions. It helped that I sent a photo of the uniquely shaped outdoor kitchen table that I was trying to customize a cover for. My photo also showed the utensil that I plan to keep permanently on that table. That prompted your designer to ask for additional measurements to accommodate the utensil without making the cover too baggy. The result was a cover that had a nice dome shape that looked very customized, which made me happy.

Excellent quality
Excellent quality! Communication was great. One hiccup; the engineering mock-up was sent to me. I made one amendment (move zipper from middle to bottom of cushion), the new mock-up was sent with the change. When they arrived, the zipper was in the original middle position. Still works fine. Would recommend for future purchases.

Great fit
We needed a new generator cover and found this company on google as an option, the process went smoothly and the cover arrived fairly quickly. We went with the highest level fabric and it fit my generator like a glove. I wish I had this years ago as the cheap grill covers would fail after a few years and never lasted. Great upgrade!

I competed my return request online- and I was told it was not received.
I tryed to submit information again, and it had a link expired flag. I have called five times, each time customer service assures me I will get a return phone call and I have not gotten one yet. I have no other option than to give this company a zero star review. I am also reporting them to the Better Business Bureau canceling my payment and giving them a negative if y’all review do not use this company.

Exceptional guidance in custom covers
While we were ordering our custom log splitter cover, we made many errors in measuring, and the design team caught them all , questioned us, and really made sure that our cover was going to be perfect. And when it arrived, and we threw it on the log splitter, it was perfect! If they hadn’t been so diligent, we could’ve gotten a really incompatible product. This is our fifth purchase to date from custom deck winterizing tarps(3), potting bench custom cover, roll shades and log splitter custom cover. from Covers and All and we have been extremely happy with each one. There is a reason we keep using this company.
