I am still waiting for my delivery but recieved a message from them asking me to review produced .Impossible 🤬

Still waiting for my order which the site said had been delivered but when I click on the tracking link it is clearly not my order. Total scam and Facebook should do a better job of screening their adds.

Total SCAM alert!!!!! Ordered the dog bed back in early December. When I reached out to them, they sent me an email with tracking# from UP, it said it would be delivered on 1/19/23, as of today, I still haven't received it. I disputed the charge with my credit card, and they issued me a refund. Still pending a response from the merchant or even the product.

They charge your card and DO NOT SEND your item ! -0- stars !!!! They give you another company tracking number so it looks like they sent it.

Only one star rating because I can’t give zero stars. Beware!!! They are scammers and have blocked me so I can’t question them. I have unexplained charges by them and I have received warnings of an identity theft.

It would be less than 1 star if possible as it's a total scam. They told me the same thing, it would be on the way and i'd receive an email. I agree that Facebook should be reviewing who let they put ads on Facebook. I won't be ordering any more from Facebook ad's unless i can verify the website first. You can do this by going to Google to check it among other things. Done on my debit card and very hard to dispute with the bank.

I would give a - star of I could. I can't believe that this "company" is getting away with scamming so many of us. I am going to contact my bank, but I am wondering if anyone can investigate them and shut them down.

Scam!!! Purchased 2 dog beds and the warehouse is less than an hour drive from my house. It says shipped but no tracking, will not respond.

I ordered the paw bed 11/21/22. Credit card has been charged $24.95. I have been emailing them since 12/1/22, no response, except to say it's will be shipped soon.
1/21/23 now they're trying to tell me that it's been delivered.
No paw bed and out $24.95.
After reading several reviews, I realize that I'm not alone. I'm very angry about being SCAMMED!

Cozy cove NO STAR!!! PURE SCAM!

Ordered bed dog last Dec. until now i didnt get my item. Hard to reach them, i emailed no reply at all. SCAMMER!

I ordered 2 people size dog bed bundles, total was about $64, they took $ out of my Venmo instantly and said I’d be notified via email when it’s shipped - NO COMMUNICATION!!! I’ve tried emailing and get nothing! Going to see if I can dispute it with Venmo and contacting BBB! So angry!!!

I order a bed for my bed on Dec. 31st and have yet to receive it. No contact info, the website redirect you to another site that says they have not affiliation with Cozycove. Totally ripped off.

It looks like I'm not the only one that fell for this scam. I blame Facebook. They should double-check companies before letting them place ads. It's even worst. I keep getting emails from Cozy Cove asking me to give them a review for the item they didn't ship.

i ordered my 2 dog beds on Nov 1 2022. I received an email today that it was delivered. NOT.... I called fedex and they could not help me because the address they had was not the one on the package. Now...the website does not exist! Stopped payment on my Amex.

This should be a -0 rating. Placed an order 2 dog beds. I placed the order on 12/31. Sent numerous email requests for updates on my order. After many emails, I was provided a UPS tracking number. UPS tracking showed it was 1/21 at 8:30 pm. It was not delivered to my address. I filed a claim with UPS and they showed the name of the person it was delivered to and it was not me. The address it was delivered to was also not my address. Obviously they obtained a UPS tracking number that was not for this order. When I called UPS and they provided me the tracking information, it showed the delivery was from Amazon. Obviously not Cozy Cove. Reported to my local District Attorney's Office and Better Business Bureau

A total scam! I ordered a dog bed on December 19, the money was taken out December 20. I was told it was in transit and today is January 23 and I have received nothing.

I ordered a dog bed back in November, they replied to my first email saying it was on its way and to be patient, i have since emailed them over 5 times, no reply. Absolutely shocking, they are getting away with this time and time again !!!!!

Ordered a product 3 weeks ago and got confirmation of shipping but no tracking info. Cannot get a response from them. Email or chat, they do not respond and I have still not gotten my product. Credit card immediately charged, no product. Have asked for refund but doubtful it will ever happen.

Fake fraud scam! Take your money and nothing arrives.

I ordered a bed in December. Asked several times for an update and recieved not a single response. Im going to fight the charge with my bank because this is absolute BS.
