Do NOT buy from this website. They are the biggest scam ever.

I ordered two heavy duty backpacks for $58 for my granddaughter. The backpack took close to 3 weeks to arrive. When it arrived there was only one backpack. Granted I was already disappointed because it was sized for a toddler. My granddaughter is in high school. I responded with a email and pictures on same day for refund for second backpack. On two separate occasions after emailing this company I quickly received a long drawnout automated generated email. Each time telling me that I was important, to be patient and the refund could take up 14 to 21 days. Yet it only took days to receive their payment for product. They have not responded to this day. Everyone should report them to BBB. This is the type of company you should never buy anything from until you read the reviews. Hopefully they shut down soon. Crooks!

They sent me the wrong shoes completely and then asked me to pay for sending them back to China. Do not trust this company!!

Ordered Barbie Shoes for my daughter on a Facebook ad. Never again . No contact, no way to contact them. Email link brings you back to their webpage . Waiting on response from Pay Pal . Stay away … this is definitely a SCAM!!!!

Wife ordered a turquoise stroller from them and they sent a black and gray stroller with a few pieces having turquoise to them. When we inquired as to it not being the right stroller ; we were told they were out of the color we wanted and the sent us the stroller they FELT we would like and if we wanted to send it back we would have to pay the shipping cost with no reimbursement!
1. I know a scam when I see it
2. Nowhere on the website does it claim that if they are out of stock they will decided on what to send us nor did we agree to crap like that.
3.They will keep auto replying you when you start stating facts (such as what I previously mentioned) in hopes that you will give up.
4. I saved all my correspondence with this company and after the 5th email issued a charge back with my credit card company and was given full credit back by the credit card company! (Sold the other stroller to some friends and used that free money to buy a suitable stroller since they weren't going to pay or have someone come pick their product up :))

Do NOT order from this company. I initially placed my order on 1/22. After a few weeks the order arrived— it was a pair of shoes that I did NOT order and were massive. I ordered a 2T - 3T. They were huge. Not only did they send me the wrong size, but the wrong design. After going back and forth with support for over a month, at which point a customer support rep admitted they sent me a random variant of what I ordered as what I ordered was sold out, see their exact words: “ We have reviewed the photo you sent and would like to confirm that we have sent the correct item with a variant that we currently have in stock.

Please know that due to the popularity of the product and the challenge of procuring some raw materials, some would receive a different variant or color of the same product. We apologize for the inconvenience, we would like to get your orders shipped and delivered to you as soon as possible despite the challenges at hand.

As a courtesy, we would like to provide a 15% discount in the form of a refund on your current order if you decide to keep the product. Otherwise, we can replace the product once the original variant in your order becomes available provided that the product will be returned to us.”

Instead of notifying me the product I ordered was out of stock and cancelling and refunding my order, they took my money and sent a random item instead. The only way they will refund me is if I return the product to their facility in China at the expense of their poor business practices. I have also reported them to the Better Business Bureau and requested the reviews on their website be audited as I believe them to be fraudulent. Do yourself a favor and do NOT order anything from this scam of a company.

I ordered size 10 led spiderman shoes for a 3 year old. I received size 9. They say keep the shoes and we will give 15% back on your card. I don't want 15% I want what I ordered or a full refund. OK, send the shoes back they say, (China) which would cost me $66. I haven't seen a cent. Well, my next step is to go to my bank and have a fraud complaint against them.

I wish I would've read this reviews before I ordered shoes from this company. It took a month to get a item that I did not order, and I'm tired of going back and forth emailing the company to get a refund.

I ordered shoes for my grandson a month ago and haven’t received them yet. I will never use this site again.

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. I ordered a pair of shoes as a Christmas gift but received the wrong ones. I promptly emailed customer service, and they asked me to cover the shipping cost to return the incorrect shoes to get the right pair. I refuse to pay for this, and we are still going back and forth. I feel like they are going to drag this out past the return period and then tell me they won't fix the issue. I will never buy from this company again and would not recommend it to others.

SCAM!! I ordered shoes for my granddaughter for Christmas… I received a tracking number when the order was scheduled for delivery the tracking number disappeared!!! TERRIBLE fake website using children items to scam people! I hope they catch these losers and put them in jail!

My orders going to the wrong address haven't received it

I would have given zero stars!! I purchased a stroller didn't get all the pieces and it's falling apart after spending $358.00. They don't respond at all, DON'T BUY HERE!!!

If i could give zero stars i would. This place is a scam. DO NOT OTDER FROM THEM. I ordered some childrens shoes and never received. The tracking jept saying waiting to clear custom.

Seems like a legitimate website but is fake they even send you a fake tracking number that does nothing when trying to search your package

Absolutely horrible company. Wish I had read some of these reviews before ordering - in hindsight I think it was all a scam. Ordered an item and when I hadn't gotten any update 10 days later I repeatedly emailed them asking for an update.

They kept telling me they would provide an update in "3-5 days" which would never happen - I had to proactively keep asking them until finally they told me it was out of stock and if I wanted to cancel the order. I said yes but 2 weeks of back and forth emailing later and me repeatedly asking to cancel, they still had not cancelled it (6 weeks after original order date).

I'm pretty sure they never mean to fulfill orders and just hope people forget about the item and the money they paid... please for your sake never order from them.

if I can give 0stars i would they don’t deserve even 1star my biggest mistake is I didn’t read the reviews before buying what everyone is saying is true THEY ARE THE BIGGEST SCAM EVER I bought a stroller that they described as a 3 in 1 stroller they shows a picture of the original stroller that they took from somewhere and when you buy they will send you a different cheap item altogether and you can never get them to talk to,phone numbers email everything is not true you will never get them
