My wife and I ordered a machine from this company and paid and upfront fee of $372.00 and financed the rest through affirm.
We have tried to contact them, and have not been able to get an answer back.
The machine is supposed to be overnight delivery, but it's been 5 days so far, and like I said no answer, via email nor phone call, and we have tried both.
If a company claims to have customer satisfaction, they should have customer satisfaction.
My father needs the machine because his other isn't working very well anymore, and we decided to go with this company because of the overnight delivery.
So right now we are in debt $2500 plus to affirm because the order was approved, and payments have already started....
We would just like to have the machine for my father, and want them to contact us.
