This company uses extremely aggressive sales tactics, calling every day trying to sell you additional services for extremely high prices claiming that your book cannot be successful without it. They lead you to believe that they will 100% refund every cent of what you pay for with their services if you are not happy with them and don't see results, but that is a 100% lie. The only way they will even refund part of the services you pay for is if you dispute all of the charges with your credit card company. They will refund you partially, and then try to convince you to keep working with them even though none of the work that you paid for is actually completed, only started so that you are led to believe that they intend to actually publish your book. I've caught them in so many lies about famous people they claim they work with and books they claim they've published. The marketing is extremely poor quality for the amount you pay, it's only started and never actually completed or posted, and they will try to convince you to pay for their services through multiple fake vendor names so that they can cover their tracks in their shady business practices. And once I stopped paying for additional services from them until my book got published, they completely ghosted my project. I did not hear from them at all until I disputed everything with the credit card company. Here are the other businesses that they are affiliated with: Emerald Ghostwriting, Barnes Ghostwriting, Texona Marketing, Fastest VPN, Singularity Group, and Cubeval Inc. Once you give them your money, best of luck getting back because they'll provide fake invoices to the credit card company claiming that the charges are for something different that what you paid for. They also refused to give me their business ID for tax purposes (red flag). If you do work with them, make them sign CONTRACTS with EVERYTHING in writing. See how they respond.
