I placed an order for something but they were short one of what I purchased. I haypurchased from this site before. Everything comes within a reasonable amount of time, it’s exactly what it appears on site and they respond so quickly to my needs. This particular order was no one’s fault they were short one of what I ordered. They were eager to fill with another item but I was confused on what my other choice could be. They were kind and offered an immediate refund to my account. They told me on my next order they will include something extra with it for this inconvenience. I completely appreciate the way they do business. I will look immediately for a replacement of my order.

I placed an order with a personal picture. I wasn't sure if I attached it so I sent a message and soon received a reply. I was very impressed with the speed and the cropping of the picture. I haven't received the finished product yet so I will write another review when I receive it. So far I am happy with the service.

I had a problem of being short 1 color of round diamonds. Contacted customer service, advised them of my problem. They were very prompt to respond to advise what they needed to ship out the diamonds that I needed. Looking forward to receiving them, so I can finish my picture.

I love the products from this company and enjoy doing them. My package arrived in good time and in good condition. I will definitely buy from them again.

I contacted Craftsaving customer service when I thought my order was lost as it was overdue. They were very helpful in getting all the information they needed to start to trace it. It was a great surprise when a few days later it showed up at my door, I have already finished one and started the second one today. I will be placing another order very soon.Love their products and very good quality.
