The Crawford Espresso folks were super helpful. I responded to their customer service chat pre-purchase and informed them I was trying to weigh multiple grinder options. Their response wasn't pushy, but patient, and they offered up pros/cons of each, genuinely helpful. I needed further time to validate, and when I ordered my grinder (Mahlkonig X64D) a few days later it was shipped promptly, at the best price I could find, packaged with care. They were an excellent company to do business with, and I'm sure I'll order more coffee gear from them in the future.

What a great experience I had with this company , first very easy to navigate there site and there prices are competitive or better than there competitors. There selection is very impressive.
