Problem Type: Report a scam or fraud / Request a RefundApp Name: Creati: Gen AI Content CreatorDeveloper: ZMO AI Complaint Details:I am writing to formally report the app "Creati: Gen AI Content Creator" as a predatory scam and request an immediate refund for my subscription. The app uses highly deceptive marketing and fraudulent billing practices to trap users into expensive subscriptions. Specifically, the app hides its restrictive "credit" system until after payment is processed. Users are charged an upfront fee (e.g., $35–$79) under the impression that they are purchasing a standard subscription. However, once inside, the app charges exorbitant background "processing credits" per second, draining an entire year's worth of credits after rendering just one or two short videos. The app then completely locks up and demands an additional $70+ payment to continue using it. Furthermore, the app frequently crashes, fails to deliver the promised AI generation quality, and the developer refuses to respond to support inquiries. This app is intentionally engineered to deceive consumers, manipulate Apple’s In-App Purchase system, and abandon functionality immediately after payment.

I paid for a monthly plan and I used all of my credits in about an hour. No warning, no reason, just used and then I can't use it again for another 30 days.

No support or help to call.

Just another AI company taking tokens as fast as the can sell them.

I signed up for a yearly Creati AI subscription. After a few weeks, I bought a new phone and transferred all my data, but my account did not show up!

I contacted customer support, and now it has been 4 days with no response! This is a poor service!
It should have been easy to move the account, like my other apps. Now I am losing days from my subscription, and no one is helping!

I signed up for an annual subscription, little are you told you have a limited number of credits for the entire year that don’t replenish for the entire year.

Creating videos eats up your credits and using the templates only works half the time. You need up burning your credits and now I have a useless subscription with 11 months left!
