For starters he took 30 mins to jack the car up. 20 mins to take 1 tyre off and we had to help him. He had no torque wrench and no balancing machine
Furthermore he proceeded to drop my wheel on to the curb face down and then laughed.
Absolute cowboys.

My tyre popped in rural North Wales and I rang Creations Mobile Tyres for help. I was quoted over £200 which I was happy to pay. I gave the postcode of where I was, and was asked to pay a £110 deposit which I payed. I was told that someone would be there to help me within the hour. A couple of minutes later, they rang me back and said that they hadn't realised how rural of an area I was in (despite already having the postcode) and that it was actually going to cost over £400. I told the lady on the phone that I cannot afford this and would like to cancel and have my deposit payed back into my account. She told me this was fine and that I would be refunded.
A couple of days later I rang the company again to ask about the refund and was told to keep waiting as it probably just hadn't shown up in my account yet.
Over a week later I phoned again as I still hadn't received my refund. The person who answered the phone sent me a direct bank transfer of £110 which makes me think they had never sent the refund in the first place and were maybe hoping I'd give up asking for it so that they wouldn't have to pay it back. My advice to anyone using Creations Mobile Tyres is to make sure that the quote they give you is 100% correct before giving them a deposit to save you wasting time and money.

My husband’s tyre blew on the hottest day of the year. Boss man Nathan sent a fitter from his network who(long story) let both him and my husband down . But instead of running away from the problem – and my anger.-he dealt with it quickly, efficiently and professionally of the Tyre got fixed. I’d recommend this company to anyone because mistakes happen – it’s how people deal with them that matters. And Nathan dealt with this brilliantly. He’s the man I’m ringing if I get into trouble in the future.

Unfortunately this company seem to be an umbrella company whereby your enquiry goes to them and they simply pass it on to one of their sub contractors. They charge £110 deposit and then a 'tyre company' turn up (in my case i was told 45 mins, and they were almost 1 hr 30) When they did turn up, it was a beat up blue transit van with a ton of tyres in the back. No signage, no company name. 2 guys get out and ask which tyre needs replacing, I tell them and then ask to see the proposed tyre they have in the van. This was simply to check I wasnt getting a cheap budget tyre where i was being charged 180 quid. They had the memo from Creation of the tyre number and yet they turned up without it. Plus they tried fobbing me off with a £70 replacement tyre. Terrible. I called and spoke with Creation and cancelled the job there and then and was told a refund would be back with me within 2 working days. 5 working days on and still no refund. £290 they wanted to charge in full, to fit a cheap budget tyre. Nonsense

Really quick response and they sent a mobile tyre fitter out within 90 mins who fixed the tyre.

I still haven’t received my refund despite being told it would be processed within 24 hours.

I cancelled my booking shortly after making it on 16 April, and since then I’ve made multiple attempts to contact the company via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Most calls go unanswered with no voicemail option, and messages have been ignored.

On 22 April, I was finally told the refund would be processed within 24 hours -but over a week later, there’s still no sign of it. Repeated follow-ups on 24, 27, 28, and 29 April have all been unsuccessful.

Very disappointing communication and service. I would advise others to be cautious.

Totally unprofessional and unbelievable scam. I needed to change all 4 car tyres, and they quoted me 290, including call-out charges. I made the initial payment of 110 via the link shared. Usually, they promise to visit you within 45 min to 60 minutes. In my case, it took them 2 hours and 15 minutes to arrive. Once the mechanic was with him, he told me that I paid for 1 tyre only. It was surprising as it usually costs around 60 to 70 pounds for budget tyres and 290 was reasoneable cost to cover all tyres. When I tried to call the agent who initially spoke to me, he started swearing and using the 'f' word. It was quite distressing. At the end, I had to cancel the order, though I am not sure if I will get 110 back. I called the other company, which came within 1 hour and changed all the 4 tyres to 275. Avoid contacting these unprofessional guys as they don't have the courtesy to talk to you politely, and they are definitely robbing people.

Nice and polite young man ,changed my flat tyre no problem, even help me set my tyre pressure inside my car nothing was to much trouble. Thank you again .

We hit a pothole at 7:30pm and had instant deflation. The tyre tech came within an hour and fitted a new tyre with obvious professional expertise. Everyone we dealt with was kind, sympathetic and helpful. Would highly recommend.
