After seeing an advert on a local advert, I contacted Paul to obtain further information. A meeting was arranged, where Paul was very helpful, informative and not at all pushy. I was provided with a quote and estimated time of install for 2 cameras and a video doorbell.
The install happened quicker than expected and all went smoothly. Paul also set up all the cameras on the app on my phone.
After having changes with my broadband I contacted Paul and he acted quickly and professionally and came back to update the system due to the change in my broadband.
Can't recommend Paul and his company highly enough.

I contacted Paul and speedily received a quote for the install required. He arrived on time and did a marvellous job and even ordered brackets for my Sky Mini box that I never knew existed. Lovely guy and extremely helpful and accommodating
I contacted Paul re some CCTV- very prompt in replying to my enquiry- attended my home when agreed and was professional and very friendly throughout! The installation was very quick and Paul was very thorough in making sure everything was working but reassured me I could contact him anytime if something went wrong or I needed assistance. The price was great and affordable. I would very happily recommend Creative AV solutions to anyone !

Absolutely Fabulous from first enquiry to installation of my security cameras! I can’t recommend Creative AV Solutions Ltd highly enough! After receiving some eye watering quotes from several other firms, Creatve AV Solutions came to survey and sent a quote which was a lot less than first anticipated considering the other quotes received. Within a few hours from initial contact, a date was agreed for installation. Paul efficiently installed the cameras, recording device, connecting the cameras to my tv and phone and spent time explaining everything to me so I couldn’t be happier. I’m over the moon now and feel nice and snug and much safer knowing everything is working as it should.
