I was sold this service on a website example CreativeWebCodes gave me when commissioning the website. The design was SO far from the example, I didn't like it and didn't feel like it met the brief, my concerns were ignored and I felt pressured to chose from a selection I wasn't happy witb. When I tried to refer back I felt patronised and harassed to make decision on the design. At this point I felt a refund was the only option. I was told I would have it on January, then February, and then March. I am still waiting.

Please, for future customers, do not ask for money up front when nothing has been given such as samples to get an idea

Just be fluid with others as you were with me when we spoke and then later cleared the air to update during the processes
