I have ordered some Labubu apparel. The parcel was never received. While the local forwarded stated the delivery note was unsigned, they presented a signed receipt with an obviously fake signature.
Never sent the merchandise even though I emailed with them about 10 times. Had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
I recommed this company . 5 stars. I got what I ordered. The items took a long time to come. Shipping with tracking showed they came from china, the item I bought came down £20 in price after I purchased it . I would order from this company again.
Shipping was delayed but they kept open communication with updates! Totally worth the wait! Super happy customer! High quality outfits and accessories 🤗
I ordered 3 Labubu outfits on May 29th and STILL not received them. I’ve contacted the company several times and while the interactions were friendly, I have gotten the run around each time. Finally, I was sent a tracking number and when u click the link it provides absolutely no updated information. At this point, I’m convinced I got scammed. Buyers beware.
