Complete and concise answers to my questions, and detailed. These people know their stuff! A Credit Canada representative got back to me speedily and then conducted a follow up to see if I had any more questions. Very professional and personable, what a relief 😊. I highly recommend anyone facing a legal delimema or overwhelmed with legal jargon and not knowing what to do to consult these people first. Excellent resource!

What made my experience so impactful was how thorough and clear Saj spoke about credit and debt. He made it clear to me what my situation could be and where I fit into the big picture. He made sure I was heard and even took the time to relate to my situation with an experience he had, this was outstanding in my eyes and I would rate Saj’s work today at the highest of levels.

Feeling confident with the support I have received so far
I first spoke with Kathleen who was very sweet and helpful, she connected me with Doris who is very supportive and empathetic. She was very transparent and informative when going over options, questions and concerns which I appreciate tremendously. Though this is just the early stages I am feeling confident that Credit Canada has my best interest in mind.

Horrible communication and downright unreliable
Very shady company with poor communication and absolutely zero follow up. I to this day have never received confirmation that my plan was actually completely (or my money actually received by the creditors because I STILL get statements years later) so I can't even vouch for the legitimacy of this organization because I very well might have been scammed this whole time. Would not recommend; I feel no "trust" with them and no one there seems at all competent
