For a long time I have been struggling with debt. I’ve looked into getting help before. But most have had unrealistic requirements to even get them to look your way. Credit Counsellors helped straight away. And talked clearly about what they can do and the help they provide. Then they looked at the debt I had and the lady I spoke to Sheena Buhawe guided me through everything. Making sure she went through all the details. Not missing anything. She really helped me understand what it was that she was setting up. And what was going to happen from then on. I was really happy that I can finally get help. And I was really happy that sheena made it so easy to understand.

Never use this firm
Never ever use this firm heed this review alike to a scam warning ! This company through 4 different case managers from May till November ever did anything about my debts while assuring me
"all under control " So when ive accrued thousands in interest & not a payment made even though i paid a payment every week for 15 weeks & nothing done nothing paid. Coincidently now i have thousands more to pay 7 months wasted and 4 black marks on my credit file from defaults which wouldand should never of happened. Before engaging these incompetent sewinsews I d never missed a payment. Thanks for ruining me CCA with the incompetence constantly changing case managers and frankly a poor system has left me much worse off especially my cred file was in 800's now 329. Scamming Draconian Dogs Aust what they should be called. Beware

Only one star because i cant put zero
Only one star because i cant put zero. This place is a scam. I spent months not knowing what was happening regarding my case, several emails and phone calls all of which were either not answered or when i did get through my case manager was NEVER available. Not once did i ever speak with my case manager directly. On top of all of that they will take your money if youre suddenly mot happy with their services. Anything you have paid up until that point will be taken by them due to the “no refunds” policy they have. What an absolute disgrace of a place and they shoupd be very much ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people who are down on their luck that come to them for help. All i got from credit counsellors was a loss of money after almost a year of dealing with them. I also specifically asked to talk to a supervisor just to end up talking to another case manager even when i explicitly said i dont want to talk to a case manager. Dont waste your time
