Be more upfront and truthful of all the extra payments or services that no one has agreed to.
They can be more honest and upfront with the fact that they will be taking extra funds after the initial payment for the book monthly for services that they need to clarify whether it's used or not. When people agree to this purchase it's because they are desperate to better the credit and debt. They don't need to be tricked into the abuse of being billed over and over again. They don't need the stress and anxiety added from poor customer service. They definitely don't need more pipe dreams and even if so you decide to refund it is to those who are consistent in reporting you. I could imagine all of the people who out of frustration or not enough know how have given up on the refund. You knowing this more likely made more money from this then actually giving them the book. Shame on you all who take advantage of the needed help.
