Easy process but confusing also
The process was easy but once I saw my approval amount, I wasn’t able to add anything to my order and when I attempted to place another order with the available credit I wasn’t allowed too. Very confusing. I would have liked to have just been able to get all that I needed at once and have just one payment to address but it didn’t work out that way.

Leasing fees not explained properly
Like other people complained I had an $850 order. Figured I would take the 12 pay option Got a credit alert that I owed $1950 called and was told it was a lease. Everything I saw was no interest but the leasing fees were not disclosed at purchase. Paid off in 30 days and saved the fees. Customer service was decent and explained. My options. Also sold to another company Monterey Financial. I received emails that paid in full

BAD EXPERIENCE
On 12/15/25 I was approved for a purchase at Midway USA, upon attempting to complete the order many times i could NOT get the order placed with Midway so I closed out my items and ordered from another supplier..Today 12/17/25 i receive a call from Monterey Financial who was supposedly serving the contract and requesting that I bring my account current, after explaining to them I never completed the order and never received anything from Midway that I wasn't responsible for contract and owed no $....so now I'm spending hrs on the ph to fix their problem and get this contract canceled ..because they are requesting so much to prove it was Cancel ..piss poor ill never use Credova again.
