Redding Precision Expanding Mandrels - .308 Mandrel Only - Die Sold Separately Redding Precision Expanding Mandrels are designed to give reloaders exact control over case neck tension by precisely sizing the inside diameter of the neck. Machined from hardened tool steel and ground to tight tolerances, each mandrel delivers a smooth, consistent pass through the case neck while maintaining concentricity.
