I love the videos after the reading lessons!

I like most of it and all very helpful. I tend to do worse on tests that John is the instructor on. He is very long winded and goes off on too many tangents. I find myself struggling to figure out the point or what is pertinent to the section. It is too much extra info and waters down what is important. The man who does the Subdivision and Land Use sections, was far more helpful in the way he presents the information, repeats the important terms, stays on target for the section. Direct, concise, informative, and clear, I understood and did better on the tests after his sections.

Great website and overall great customer service. Sent my hard copy of my book same day. Studying now. Here we go!

Love the program at Colorado Real Estate School! I tried another online program and it was correspondence only. CRES has the right mixture of reading, videos, and exams after each chapter to reinforce the principles. I especially like that they incorporate previous chapters into current exams. I have you no doubt I will pass on my first try!

The Videos. The Videos are so much easier than reading a TON and not taking in most of the info. The Videos explain and give examples of real life situations which was awesome. You do also get PDF printouts of Definitions etc, which was helpful for studying. John was my favorite teacher. I feel that he was the most informative and overall natural teacher and it didn't feel like he was reading from a script the whole time. Overall great experience and I would highly recommend! 5 Stars!

Responds in a timely manner

The delivery by one of the teachers was very difficult to follow. The others were great! There were alot of misspelled words, things like jon wanted to but SHE could not. Male name with her/she vs he. some questions were hard to figure out what you were asking but overall I love the exp

It was just Jon and I for the class, and it was soooooo beneficial. He really took the time to hear all my questions and be sure I knew everything. He was able to look at my past scores to make the class molded to me. I would really recommend this class to anybody about to take the test (take it with Jon if you can)

Great experience overall! I took the longer route to get through the material, and it was worth the price to have the longer access to the materials. Passed the exam on the first try. Loved the exam cram webinar, and the insider's guide!

John was a fantastic host! His webinar was educational and his energy and sense if humor made learning fun! Thank you!!

I had a wonderful experience with Colorado Real Estate School! The course is laid out in a way that makes sense, and there are plenty of extra resources to assist you. The interface is slightly dated, but the content is high quality. I felt well prepped for the exam, and passed on the first try. I will definitely recommend the school in the future!

This exam review is long but it is easy to follow and he is very entertaining. He does a great job at quickly answering questions through out.

It was super easy to enroll, my text book arrived very quickly, the weekly meetings are always good. I enjoy that I can go as fast or as slow as my schedule allows me to. Just keep in mind that you need be to diligent in your work/study schedule to succeed. Being an independent study course is one of the best benefits.
