5 star rating for their phlebotomist…
5 star rating for their phlebotomist Louis. I have small veins with are very problematic to draw blood from and this causes me a great deal of anxiety. This year, due to various procedures and surgery, I have needed a lot of tests and IV's from numerous other professionals. Without exception, this has required multiple attempts to locate a vein, at times needing the use of an ultrasound machine. Louis stands out as the only one who can do this successfully and consistently on the first attempt with no bruising. I now go to Humber Road for all of my GP ordered blood tests.

Fantastic Service
The manager of this chemist is so helpful and polite. They have your medication ready when you come to collect. One time I was struggling to get the brand of inhaler that worked for my daughter . Then I went to Crest pharmacy on wheelwright lane and the Manager there was able to find the same brand and order it for me . I use to dread going to other chemists as they always gave me the wrong brand that didn’t work for my daughter, as it was shaped different and wouldn’t fit in her spacer. I am so happy with this pharmacy I now collect all my family’s prescriptions from here .
