Deceitful practices
I've contacted customer support several times regarding my all access subscription as it doesn't show new reports and says I have to buy the credit. It takes 3 days to unlock on its own. The customer service reports that it has to do with the day that I purchased the all access. This is a deceitful practice.
My personal dashboard is not personal to me. One of the first things to click on is wanting me to find my haplo group, but I'm female, therefore irrelevant.
It also does not recognize under the membership that I have already paid for the "all access". It continues to try to sell me the "all access" and "premium all access".
The only amusing part is famous people somewhere in your family line.
This company makes me doubt the family lineage aspect of information...I have no way to check it's accuracy.

They were very quick on the dna report…
They were very quick on the dna report and the ancestry. Was pleased with some of the health reports and some of the other reports. Didn’t like the fact that I had to spend an additional $59 to get traits and additional reports after I already spent $129.

The customer service problem resolution is what earns my high marks. Many of the reports are pretty useless or obvious (like freckles or eye color). Some were interesting though.

I received my kit and followed the instructions carefully. After a few weeks, I got my results back, which were very limited and disappointing. The information provided was minimal and vague; for example, it stated that I might have blue eyes and most likely don’t have red hair. Overall, I could count the details on one hand, and what I received wasn’t very informative. When it came to the medical information, all I got was “inconclusive.” They offered me a discount for ordering a new kit, but that was the extent of the information given.
I find this company to be unreliable and misleading regarding the information they provide. Save yourself the time and money.

Our reports are based on genetic markers and the latest scientific research, but the level of detail can vary from person to person depending on what is present in their DNA. For any “inconclusive” results, this typically means the data wasn’t strong enough to make a confident determination, which we aim to communicate transparently as we have at least 80% accuracy rate for all of our reports.
As to what you have said about the reports being too vague, please know that we value our accuracy over precision, and so the chosen regions/ information allows us to have our 90%+ accuracy rate. But as our algorithm is constantly improving, being able to provide state of the art ethnicity estimates that are not only accurate but highly precise is one of our top priorities.

I was disappointed in results and the reports were not as usful as I expected.
I was looking for traits that relatives carry like cancer, diabetes, other genetic diseases. Where are they? There was really nothing like that. Those results would be helpful. Some of the results were totally wrong and it makes me question the other results. I also thought I was getting all reports not just the ones you chose and then be nickeled and dimed to get them. Overall I was disappointed and would not recommend to anyone. I kind of felt like a horoscope reading more for entertainment not real results that could be useful in the future.

Reports change with time. 6 months ago my history say I am from one area, now that area that my history is from, is not shown.

I loved learning about my ancestry
I loved learning about my ancestry. It was really point on about my Filipino ancestry, and I wasn't surprised that I had Han Chinese and South Asian ancestry as well, given the ancient history of the Philippines, which was also mentioned in the Philippines description. Thought provoking analysis.
I found the reports very interesting and thought provoking. I am especially curious about the inclusion of Iberian ancestry as I know quite a lot about my family history and the people in it going back as far as the 15th century in some cases. I am having some difficulty seeing where that ancestry would insert itself. Maybe it has something to do with your data base and then of course every family has secrets.

Regarding the relative matches you’re expecting, there are typically two reasons why you might not be seeing any matches in your report:
1.No Known Relatives in the Database
It’s possible that none of your biological relatives have submitted their samples to our database yet. Without relatives participating, matches won’t appear.
2.Privacy and Consent Settings
Even if relatives are in the system, they may have chosen not to opt in for relative matching or sharing. To respect their privacy, our system won’t show them unless they have given consent.
Please know that as soon as any potential matches become available, you will be notified by email immediately.
My report is clearly inaccurate
My report is clearly inaccurate. There is no way that I am 38.1% German. I regard myself as 100% English knowing that there are probably some other ethnicities in my mix. My cousin reports 42% English and 45% Welsh which makes sense since his mother was Welsh. His father was my mother's brother and shared some familial resemblances.
