Do not buy from this place

Do not buy from this place! The shoes are horrible quality and they delay and scam and will not give me my money back. I tried to return the shoes and they refused the package.

The worst

The worst! When I bought the product the description said “Split Leather” I know this because I dont buy anything but real leather. The product arrived and they looked plastic, went to check and the description said Vegan Leather… Ok, Attempting to return them was another struggle, got nothing but delay tactic, never a real answer as to where to return them, at times days would go by before I got irrelevant response. Finally got fed up and disputed the charge w my bank and submitted their poor customer service as the reason as to why I disputed the charge.

This crazy I’m waiting 3 weeks already to receive my loafers when the package came from china por qualify material and buy straight from the designer Cristian Moretti and I’m receiving this pair of poor quality loafers be aware and be careful because I think this is big Chinese operation research first

US returns need shipped to Italy!

If you are a US buyer and want to return your $80 clown shoes you will need to send them back to Italy.
This site is a total scam. Don’t trust the pictures or the descriptions.

My original order, female M, needed to be an XL, and was perfect, as European sizes run 1-1.5 sizes smaller in US. Got it right, but took a couple extra weeks, but girlfriend is very happy. Thank You

My original order, female M petite, had to be switched to, female XL petite, now a perfect fit, girlfriend very happy! The delay was well worth it, too make it right size wise.

My issues are resolved to my satisfaction

I ordered a pair of men's boots size 9 US. It came with a size 43 european (equivalent to size 10 US). In order to get a refund, I have to ship it back to Italy, when the original package that I received, came from Chicago !
I really believe this is a typical Chinese operation. It will cost me as much a the price I paid for the shoes, buck what the heck ?
Anybody wants to buy something from this Cristian Moretti, be aware to do it at your own risk, Bait and switch site !!!

Remedied review
In my last review, I complained about their after sales customer services. Cristian Moretti company has read my TrustPilot negative review and reached out to me with the intention to make 'it right' in view of my unfortunate previous experience. They came up with an acceptable solution for me and I had accepted their apologies. It was never about the quality of their products. So I will continue to purchase items from this company now that my grievances are addressed. Cristian Moretti Company showed their professionalism and gained my trust back.

Scam company

Scam company. Placed an order that never arrived. When I contacted them to follow up, they said the item was out of stock and would issue a refund, which never happened. E-mailed them again about the refund status and never heard back.

Premium Wool "Cavaliere" vest is only 3% WOOL

I ordered a wool "Cavaliere" vest. Shipping was very slow as it came direct from China and the tracking was not up to date, but I did receive it eventually after 3 weeks. The fit of the vest is fine and it does look good, but the product material was described as being Expertly tailored from fine PREMIUM wool. The label clearly states that it is 57%polyester/18% rayon/12% polyamide/10% acrylic with only 3% WOOL?!?! I fear that this polyester vest will pill up and not last after several uses.

Disaster!

Disaster!! Ordered a "Leather jacket" My size is Large, but receive it SMALL. To return it has been a difficult, and gave me to send it to Italy!! Freight charge is very expensive 😞 went to USPS and unable to get returned, US Customs restrictions to leather goods and Vegan. I have been trying this for weeks, but I keep trying.

Poor customer experience


1. There is no “expedited shipping” option available to customers on the website
2. It does not provide estimated time of delivery.
3. It says customer service answers within 24 hours, but it took 6 days to hear back.

I ordered a leather Jacket

I ordered a leather Jacket, leather gloves , and a slim carbon wallet . Total$ 168.34. Nov- 17 -25 order date Delivery date Dec 3-25. The leather Jacket has to be size small. I requested a size Large. Also the gloves are to small as well. Been trying to get return information from customer service by email. No response, I have emailed them several times
The contact number line is busy each time I call. Order number 33587421. Scammers . Don't buy from this place
