The yarn is nice but the shipping company you use is horrible! They take waaayy too long to deliver parcels. This would be the only reason that I would not order. I asked to perhaps send my order with another carrier, but it wasn't done and it took my order almost 3 weeks to arrive.

I love this company
I love this company. My orders always arrive promptly and correctly and I'm always informed on the progress of my order. Their yarns are beautiful and their bare yarns are wonderful to home dye with. I look forward to their magazine issues as well, so full of inspiration, information, and wonderful patterns. You can't go wrong ordering from them.

Overall not a pleasant order
I waited more than 48h before receiving my order confirmation or seeing my order in the order tab in my profile. A bit stressing when it is your first order with we crochet.
The delivery time was reasonable for Australia.
The yarn ordered was nice.
However some of the yarn ordered were full of knots! 3 knots for a 100m skein is unacceptable.

Great for Tablet Weaving!
I ordered eight balls of sport thickness wool for tablet weaving, and I got seven in the mail. After I contacted the sellers, they sent me an eighth ball, no questions asked. I made several tablet weavings and I am exceedingly pleased with the look and quality of the yarn. Will purchase again!

Customer service was fantastic
Customer service was fantastic
I had placed the order in September and on the 29th it shipped. On the 15th of October, I contacted Customer Service since I did not received order. A replacement was sent out right away and received with in a couple of days. This Saturday, Oct. 23rd, I received the original shipment. Once again, I contacted Customer Service and while on the phone received the return label.
The only reason I am deducting a point is because of USPS bad service. Not WeCrochet's service.
