I live 2 mi away from a Ducati dealership.
Cross country cycle is two states away..... And I've been using them every time
Aside from a quality Part customer service means a lot to me. Those other guys 2 mi away from me think because they're a Ducati dealership, well, a regular blue collar guy like myself doesn't get the same courtesy some of the more financially set people get.
Cross country cycle is down to earth competitively priced and the customer service is a high standard to attain. And that's the variety of people I've talked to there.
