So they were good in the beginning but now every time you make transactions i have to call them then it shows paid. Usually before within 1 hr the money was reaching now more than 24 hrs still not received . Last time used their service . Will never recommend anyone to use this service. Use Remitly instead good rate and fast transfer.

1000240740918381 transaction was done on done online for quick transfer for 1000 GBP to india on 14 march 2024 at 0918 am, and the money has never reached, i did reach out tot them on thier customer care number is always never being answered 0203 096 2255, and all time if answered silly excuses that money is being send and i should ask my bank but no further evidence of any transactions if i want to follow up with my bank, such robbers i will not close this issue i will make thier life hell by suezzing thier balls or else i need my money back

Money never go on time even you select quick pay they are charging for quick money transfer buts its very slow and worst service they providing..

Crosspay, replied on my previous review, and stated that base on their record, the money has been paid out on the 6 of this month, but did not state of how delayed it was, i sent it on the 2nd. As it was an emergency transaction. And this is not the first time. So i am still suggesting to others, avoid using them.

Member since edges 2nd time happened the receipt did not receive the money on time even I use quick transfer to pay extra spoke with customer service but they failed to satisfy avoid at all cost

I am with the people. Since 20 years before it use to be E Zeeremit. excelent service. I always go to the Wembley branch. There is a wonderful gentleman working there. He is from kerala. I know him for nearly 18 years forgot his name though. Wonderful helpful kind and down to earth person. I just have one issue with cross pay is that. The money when we send to India it takes 2 to 3 days as with Ria it just reaches the very same day and in hours of time. If u guys could work on it, it will be a wonderful thing. Iv been having problems recently where the money has been transferred to Crosspay account but not forwarded onto my overseas beneficiary.
Called them twice and same excuse each time blaming beneficiary’s bank .
After 3rd call money transferred within minutes.
Have been using cross pay for a period and transfers took minutes but recently it’s taking longer and longer .
Guess have to look else where now

I can transfer the money from anywhere and it transfer to my bank account within two hours
