It was really easy to use Crowdstacker. I haven't really had to do anything throughout the time I've invested. I got regular communications if I wanted to do anything further or check up on what was happening. Communications were open and honest during Covid to answer queries. Investment has now been repaid and again, very straightforward.

Amicus Loans have been in administration since 2018, let me repeat that 2018!! that has to be a record!! Begbies Traynor (the administrators earning stupid amounts per hour, what do they actually do?) are taking us all for a ride and sucking what's left of the company dry whilst we sit back and watch. They are now looking into taking the company out of administration to recoup some costs Begbies are incurring on a daily basis.. Unbelievable situation and a very inept handling of it. Would not recommend at all!

I have had 3 investments with Crowdstacker over the last 3 years and the interest earned has been fair and well above the rates offered by the commercial banks. Not only has my investment been returned on time, but ahead of time. I also had an incentive each time to re-invest my money with an extra .5% above the advertised rate. I have been very pleased with Crowdstacker.

The whole experience of investing with Crowdstacker was easy. The information provided on the companies available to invest in was good and the returns promised were realised, with payments made as promised.

I found the crowdstacker platform intuitive and easy to use. All my investments performed as expected which was a great relief as I had read of some scary stories from other users. I suggest everyone to do their homework but also beware that investments can fail. I dropped a star as there were very few open investment options at any given time. I'll definitely recommend this platform to anyone looking to diversify.

Sent email with details of my investment, received reply confirming investment with date when it would go ahead.
Then another email on commencement with all the details and interest payment date.

I have always found my dealings with Crowdstacker very professional but in an easy going manner that put me t my ease regarding my lack of knowledge of the matter that was in question.
My latest dealing over the last week or so was with Ms Suzy Jackson of Customer Services who always called me back when I left messages and was able not only to deal with my questions, but any requests I made she ensured they were carried out if not immediately then always with a minimum of delay

While liquidating a profitable investment and renewing in an ISA with part cash using transfer by computer my inbox refused to print messages. Time was tight to get useful discount but Suzy used first class ingenuity to keep deals in progress. Her approach and reassurance that I would not lose out was magnificent and I wish there more like her as I expected to be "dumped"

I've had an excellent and seamless experience. After regularly investing with Crowdstacker for the last 10 years, I will not hesitate in recommending them. They are quick to respond, thorough and politely efficient.

So far all my investments have matured on or before the due date. I have now reinvested.

I had a positive experience the last time I was contacted by Crowdstacker. I have always found the staff to be helpful, courteous and patient. They are ready to talk you through the process of investment, particularly with regards to the online application forms.

Reliable peer to peer investment site. Easy to use, good customer experience. Recently there have been fewer new investment opportunities, however.

Between Burning Nights and Authentic Alehouses I am standing presently to loose up to £35,000. Sold as there were secure assets, but as it transpire there were very little. Seems money accrued from any sale so far re the bricks and mortar assets is going towards the admin costs and not to the investors. Not a happy bunny! Other peer-to-peer set ups where your money is spread over often 100s of companies have yielded positive results. I'm happy to take this post down if I were to get most of this capital back - but I suspect this is unlikely.

I have lost £4000 in the collapse of Burning Night. I invested on the basis that there was some secuirty for my investment and to date this assurance has proved worthless. As an ex Finance Director I find this kind of assurance quite strange. After a number of years waiting for some form of , recovery information seems to have now dried up. I will not be investing again with this organisation

Put thousands into Amicus and Burning Night in 2019. Every penny gone.

Yet another disaster, despite all the promises made that we would all get our money back with interest. The only people getting any money out of this are the administrators, it seems to me. Disgraceful.

I am very impressed with the way Crowstacker have handled my investment and I would be happy to invest with them again in the future. All the best.

Regarding the disastrous Burning Night fiasco, it is obvious the Crowdstacker management failed to complete the necessary financial checks on this firm.
I have apparently lost £5k with not even and apology or comment of regret.
All Crowdstacker can do in reply to investors is to print out the same computer generated phrases as is very obvious.
DO NOT INVEST UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO LOSE YOUR INVESTMENT !!!!
