Apart from a couple of admin errors,which were quickly, pleasently, and fully resolved by their office, when initially beginning to invest with Crowdstacker, my investment experience with them has been excellent, with interest paid 'on the nail'. My experience has been with their property development investments. I still have a current investment with them, and am sure I will invest through them further, when they have a suitable product for me. Hence my 'excellent' review

Very good information and easy to use website with helpful staff

I feel they are honest, competent and really have the customer's interests top of their priorities. I'm a real fan having invested a lot of money via Crowdstacker and having got a lot repaid early.

Crowdstacker has always dealt with my queries and processed transactions in an efficient manner.

I've also lost my entire sum in 'Burning Nights', with I'm pretty sure no hope of getting any back in a future settlement. Maybe I've been unlucky but BEWARE would be my advice.

Crowdstacker effectivly stole 20k from my business.

We agreed to pay an initial fee for them to raise us some money but after a few weeks of very poor communication they then changed their position and kept the 20k.

Their Director never even took the time to communicate with us accordingly.

Avoid at all costs.

I invested a considerable amount of cash in Burning Night. Previous comments correct, in that there was not a huge choice of investments to choose from, at the time. Now I am sick with worry as the income was meant to be supplementing my basic pension. We are now getting 3 monthly updates which don't increase my confidence of getting a favourable outcome. The thing that really annoys me is that Crowdstacker are regularly winning awards for innovation and excellence. Whilst the hundreds of investors who have lost out, don't get a mention in all the publicity. Really hoping that I get some of my money back. Can't fault the politeness of Customer Services at Crowdstacker.

I have been with crowdstacker now for a number of years. I invested a considerable sum in burning night (which i shouldn't have, i broke the number one rule which is to spread your cash over several loans and IFISA providers) but since then have learnt my lesson. Otherwise with crowdstacker everything has gone mostly well. At the time burning night was probably the only loan available to invest in, which lead to people investing too much of their capital in it. The whole episode has tainted the relationship between CS and investors with the recovery process very messy and prolonged. I see now that some of the investments seem to be paying their loans back early, and not many new ones have appeared on the site. I wonder what the future holds now for crowdstacker and is it going to be around in 5 years time. I have no idea what is going on behind the scenes at CS. I won't be increasing my investment and will probably withdraw my capital as it is paid back. A pity as i found the site quite easy to use and thought most of the investments were (and still are) reasonable ones. i'm happy to listen to anybody's opinion including those of CS.

There are some disgruntled authentic alehouse (i am one) or buring night investors trashing Crowdstacker. To be honest, you shouldnt invest a large portion of your money in P2P or Innovative ISA products, they are riskier than listed equity. Although i fault Crowdstacker for not being clear that the Burning Night team, who also defaulted on a large Crowdstacker loan were behind the new Authentic Alehouse loans, they are a platform only. Documentation for each loan is clear, and the administration that is going on the platform is communicating well. I would say overall its a good experience, but for investors with some education...

Excellent investment opportunities and good rates of interest paid. No problems or issues so far.

Be very careful before risking your capital here. They claim that the companies have asset backing,and the implication is that you are unlikely to lose your money. 2 of my investments, Burning Night and Authentic Alehouses,look like the security/asset backing will be worthless and I could lose ALL my capital. BEWARE!!!!!

Trying to figure out how Crowdstacker lent over £6 million to Authentic Alehouses when their assets are valued at just over £3 million ? Is it me, have i read this wrong ? Help me out someone ? There are no funds available to complete the refurbishment of these pubs , so where as the money gone ?

Well managed and kept me fully informed. Payments always on time. Will invest again when available.
Only downside is no capital growth on investment.

Crowdstacker recommended one investment that they said they held the first call on all the properties in that group. Turns out they did NOT have first call. I may have lost all my money which was thousands of pounds. Be careful

Mundane rates for the clear risk involved, simplistic website not fit for purpose, poor information flow, and it can take more than a week to get your money out. There's much better out there folks.

Another burned burning nights investor. The risk of default was not clear in reality - much higher in retrospect than communicated I.e assets too low risk too high. I am steering clear and sticking to shares and trusts are research and risk much clearer - no real business risk to crowdstacker.

There is always a risk with these investments so I have spread over a number of companies. Over the past 2 years I have benefited from the very good returns and feel I have been sufficiently well informed 're Amicus and Authentic Alehouses.
Phone calls are answered promptly and the staff have been unfailingly helpful. To date my investments have performed significantly better than other P2P platforms.
In my opinion the nature of the risks are clearly outlined and I am happy to continue investing with Crowdstacker
