Nathan understood my issues, mainly due to hospitalisation, and closed down all existing agreements, as requested

I called up to have someone explain to me the differences between the Damages Based Agreement and the Conditional Fee Agreement as part of understanding my PCP Claim. Called to speak to someone today to see if they could clarify a concern I had from an email I had received from them. I spoke to Josie Holman who was very professional & knowledgeable, answered my concern’s & reassured me that they operate on a ‘no win, no fee’ basis & should any costs be incurred these will be taken from the settlement amount only. This has put my mind at rest as I was beginning to think that I may end up paying out more to CRS should my PCP motor claims pay out…..
