The perfect gift for my girl!!
I was looking for something really special and stumbled on crudo. the miami love bracelet is gorgeous. the website was easy to use and the tailor made engraving preview was super helpful to see how it would look. shipping to california was way faster than i thought and the tracking was updated at every step. when it arrived the packaging was so premium i didnt even need to wrap it. thx so much!!

Absolutely zero communication
I placed an order with expedited shipping under the guise it would be here by Valentine's day. However, it's been almost 2 weeks since I packed the order, it's still processing, I've gotten zero updates, and any attempt to reach out and ask about the delay have been met with silence. This has been a very disappointing purchasing experience and I definitely don't recommend anyone else waste their time or money.

The senzaltro is very thin. i struggle to fit cash in it. leather and engraving are nice but it's really just for cards and little cash

Bad After Sales Service
Had purchased a bracelet and delivery attempt was fail due to inaccurate address given to 3rd party logistic, even though the address in my order I had given them the correct address. When I verify with Crudo, instead of verifying for me with the logistics provider, they asked the customer to call ourself and find solutions with the logistics provider. I have yet to received my bracelet for now, I hope there is nothing wrong or missing with my order.

Unsafe website and company!!
After I placed my order I set up a user name and password and as soon as I tried to use it a message came back saying that my password didn't match. As soon as I wrote the company an email it got kicked back saying message not delivered. Also I checked my email for a status update and it showed that they were trying to charge me astronomical amounts of money in the hundreds (over$500) for the passport cover that should have only been $67. The emails also came back to me as suspicious email warnings. I called my bank right away to cancel my card which is a total hassle right before the holidays. Unless you want to be scammed or have your bank account in Jepordy do not order from this website! Save yourself the trouble!

Terrible company!
Terrible company!! I ordered a passport holder knowing it would get here on time according to the delivery date they gave me. It took them over a week to ship it, it was impossible to contact them and cancel. 12 days later it’s still not here- it’s still in HK and they won’t refund me!
This was a gift for someone leaving the continent and now I am stuck with a passport holder I can’t use!

Deceptive do not order from here…
My son ordered me a special bracelet with munchlac charm. First of all, it didn't get here fir Christmas. Then we figured I could have it for my birthday in January. The shipping time twice as long and then it was missing the charm. I wrote back for a refund and return info after waiting all this time and thee order arrived incomplete. They then said it did not include the charm. I then sent the photo and receipt of the “ Pokemon mumchlax” bracelet that clearly showed info on order and said they were being deceptive. They then agreed to send the charm. A day later they said they could not send the charm as it was sold out and to pick a different one. Since no other pokemon charms were on the site I chose a cinnamarol sanrio charm. Once again they emailed me back now stating that I had to choose a pokemon charm. Well, there are NO pokemon charms on the site now. This has been the worst experience ever. Do not order from them. They are deceptive and returns or refunds seem impossible! Deceptive and I do not recommend this company. Very dissatisfied customer!!!!

Advertised a Pokémon special edition…
Advertised a Pokémon special edition bracelet with a pokeball charm, when the item arrived it had no charm. I reached out to customer service to have the charm sent. They said I didn’t choose the charm and needed to choose from the listed items, when I checked the listed items the pokeball was not an option and all upgrades were for other charms I did not want, when I mentioned this they told me the pokeball was out of stock (not listed on site) and when I asked for a refund they said they were unable to process a refund. Absolute bait and switch scam.

Terrible customer service and wouldn’t give me a refund for a mistake that was on their end. Wouldn’t reimburse me for the $30 return shipping because it was part of their policy. But they literally sent me the wrong item and made me pay out of pocket for it.
