Our representative was very helpful. He answered all my questions. He corrected the cruise document where there were errors he confirmed other things for me and was able to clarify questions with satisfactory answers.

Mike made me feel very welcome to cruising and assured me that there’s no such thing as a dumb question and it was his job to answer them. He made me feel confident I was making good decisions.

I would have given you a 5 star if it were not for the misleading ads you have in your website. You ask us to call an agent to unlock prices and perks. I called,
I never got any perks at all. The price he booked for me is exactly the price listed on your website that i could book on myself on line. In fact i even sent a screenshot ( his request) of your website to the agent, the nr of the stateroom and the price tha was listed, then he booked but thats not unlocking any perks !!!
Please take away these misleading ads because you otherwise are a serious company.
I felt pressure to book with the agent for no advantages at all !!! I asked about that and he said well i am here to help, euh... much easier to do it myself on line. I would say it is unecessary to call as i did from Europe, it just cost me money. Do not do it, go ahead and book online, you can feel safe, it is a reliable website.
The agent though was very polite and sounded very helpful, it just did not give anything as they advertise online.
