Very helpful and informative.Answer to questions i did not think off.Its not my first cruise,so i have experienced some that made me feel like i was wasting there time.

Great customer service from Dan. He was professional, thorough and friendly.

I called to enquire about a cruise. My questions were answered. I then called the next day to enquire some more info, I actually got a young man called Dan. He was so helpful answered more questions and couldn't do enough for me. I phoned the third time and booked the cruise. Dan certainly went the extra mile, so pleasant and lovely to talk to. Two new trips to look forward to…

Just 2 phone calls with Dan and we had all the information we needed to book our cruise, he was very efficient and helpful and answered all our questions with ease.

As novices to cruising it can be very daunting to navigate what you want. Dan was very polite, patient and really helpful. Thoroughly explained all our concerns and gave some really helpful tips.

Dan was excellent, extremely professional and helpful when booking our cruise.

Annabelle was always prompt in her replies and she also gave a personal touch to the replies.

Lucy was wonderful! She answered our questions promptly and was able to change the date of our return flight due to a change in schedule!
