Received my print which was good quality but a bit overpriced for the size. The order arrived sooner than the initial expected date which is why I rated them a four instead of 3.

I have a great checkout experience, but the poster I received has a spot with times new Roman font overlaying an image. It seems to be only one area that has this issue.

I order a total of 6 poster and by mistake one of them was order a different size from the rest. Crushprints contacted me address the issue and fixed it at no additional cost. Great service. Poster were of great quality.

I ordered over a month ago, I haven’t received any emails confirming my purchase, or any update dates on shipping or a time/date delivery estimate..
now I read the reviews for this company and I’m skeptical I’ll ever receive my print or if I do it will be low quality and there will be bad customer service to rectify my problem.

I run a very successful service business, and this is NOT the way to run a successful business.
I won’t use this site again.

The print quality is very poor. It is blurt and in some places even double printed. The worst part is there is a typo! I have reached out to customer service to see if I can get a good quality print (with correct spelling) so we’ll see how they respond.

So the day after I submitted my review we actually received our purchase. We are happy with it overall, it looks as advertised, but are giving 4 stars due to our earlier issues.

I ordered a flag almost a month ago and it is nowhere to be seen. I have contacted this company three times for information. They gave me sketchy tracking information that doesn’t really tell me anything other than the item is coming from China. There was no indication anywhere on their website that shipping could be delayed or that this item would be sent directly from China. I am really angry because this was supposed to be a gift for Father’s Day. If this company does not respond to my most recent request for information I am going to get my credit card company involved.

It’s been a while and my poster still hasn’t shipped. Luckily, I’m not in a big rush for it.

I received my order and it was illegible.

The poster came and looked like trash. The quality looks blurry and is not getting hung on any wall in my house. Not happy with product.

I have bought several times, quality of the print is great. Shipping was a bit long but that is to be expected during COVID-19. Should place order 1-2 weeks before in case you buy as a gift

Poster is crappy quality. I asked for my order to be cancelled about 2 hours after I placed it and was ignored. 10/10 would not recommend this company.

Very bad. Didnt receive the right poster also with the wrong size… Unable to have any response from service with multiple try… They steal my money
