Their main domain crypen.com was shutdown by their DNS provider following my complaint that I raised with them

I've been a victim of being scammed by this platform Crypen for crypto trading. Recently around end of August they started this Tier membership thing and persuade people to put in more money into the account. The larger amount they have in their account, the sooner you will receive a trade signal from them and if you don't join their Tier program you won't even get any signal at all. I feel something is not right so I decided to withdraw my funds and leave the platform. This is the time I discovered facing a lot of problems in doing so, just like numerous reviewers posted here at Trustpilot. They use different tactics to prevent withdrawals, including excuses like technical malfunctions, or your funds is being freezed in the medium company. Even when it showed in the Crypen website that your withdrawal is a success, you still won't receive your money. I asked them to provide me with the Transaction Hash/ID to prove that the funds had sent out and they just ignoring my requests and started to use a lot of bad languages trying to shake me away, wordings like "Cut the crap" or "Go away and make a life elsewhere", just a bunch of scammers. So I hope more and more people could come out and give this site a bad review to alert others not being scammed.

As of this moment, 6-October-2025, seems like the site was shut down as there's no access to it. I believe there will be a lot of victims losing thousands or even millions.

Also, I noticed some of the reviews on Trustpilot given to Crypen has 5 stars ... be very careful with these reviews as I sensed they are of the same group!

Complete scam lure you in with positive trades and then money is gone in seconds after weeks of positive trades, while the lure you with a promise to guarantee your loses, when one trade out of 50 goes bad they blame you and then you can’t get your money back wiped out $368,000 in seconds , they also have many actors luring you in by friending you in chat. Also all done by chat. They are a complete scam don’t invest you’ll lose everything.

We'd like to see more clarity on the fee tiers for high-volume traders, but overall, it's very transparent.

The fees are exactly as listed on the pricing page, and the spreads during normal trading hours are also very competitive.

Take care to trade on this platform , manipulated software, if you are invited by any groups.
virtually follows the market, but trough manipulation you can loose all of your assets, by trading, they change the price for a second and the system delet all of your trading assets. Experienced two time, the lowest price was in that time never so low, like the trade history reported. Total loss in seconds!
