Bought bitcoin from the ATM machine at Sofia since 24 hours ago. I have not received the funding yet

Yesterday was I making transactions with this company and already when I was in half of the process, I was looking forward to write a review because of good experience. How was I surprised when I suddenly open trustpilot.com and cryptodesk.bg and first review which I saw was negative. I don't want to tell, that Peter could not be right, but my experience is absolutely opposite of his. Yes, when one is going to buy/sell crypto, doesn't matter if online or through ATMs, he must very well know that regulations and law is from day to day more strict and giving many conditions to the bussines owners when they want to operate with crypto. But cryptodesk.bg doesn't hide anything, everything they have clearly written on their website and also on the other website where are they advertised. There are written limits with or without verification, in much also which kind of verification. I understand Peter that maybe he try to buy BTC for the first time ever and therefore doesn't know the global rules. By me, everything goes fluently exactly because of great support. I spoke with them over the phone, wrote over Telegram and they guided me step-by-step till successfull end. Great bonus was, that I pay only 1.3% in the fees what is when you are managing bigger amount very valueable. So I want just to say big THANK YOU and tell Peter, to not be angry, because by his words he received everything back and I have experiences with many crypto companies and neither one will return you back. Yes, they will, but only after they deduct all of their fees, so you were more then lucky. From my side I can this company highly recommend. ( P.S: And yes, to me the support also answer one or two hours, but imagine that you or me are not the only problem which is the support solving, and also think, one or two hours is really nothing comparing to fees in amount 10% ) Final resoultion for Cryptodesk.bg is => 5/5

Absolutely useless. They kept my money for weeks and did nothing. I wanted to buy some crypto with cash. Verification of my ID was quite quick, then I put the cash in their ATM and waited for my crypto. But it took them 20 days to cancel the operation and refund full amount of my money. They asked for more documents for verification, I sent them. Support is VERY SLOW and takes several days to respond after multiple requests. Their competitors did everything instantly and for better price.

This company is really cool. :) Their fees are low and they're really helpful in their support and communication. Definitely would use their service again!
