Waste of a Saturday afternoon.
Arranged for a quote to replace 2 windows, rep came to house and was here 1.25 hours. Spoke about windows for 10 minutes the rest was his life story. Asked if I’d be sent the quote on email, response was I usually just leave you with a price. Asked about warranty, began to tell me they are registered with Assure, got a folder out but then trailed off back to the life story. I’m not comfortable committing to spending more than £1.5K without any written quote/information so asked for the quote to be sent to my email. Just over a week later and have not received a quote or follow up call.

The fitters did an excellent job. They were polite and respectful. They paid attention to the finishing of the window installation giving it a good look. Everything was left clean and tidy.
From the start to the finish was a good service. George who made the initial contact with me to arrange a date for the quote was professional and informative as was the young man quoted. All around I am very pleased

excellent quick window pane/glass unit replacement.
only knocked off 1 star because one of the replacement units was broken on installation (27/05/26), so a second visit was required (04/06/26). still excellent service by all involved.
