Professional, honest and reliable company that can not do enough to make your experience with them smooth and easy.

Punctual, ensuring that they are always ready to start the job on time. Very obliging too with times and days.

They keep to their word and know their stuff!

Samir is great. Personable and goes to great lengths to make sure you’re happy.

The service was easy to book(annual service of the air conditioning).
The person who came was very tidy and accurate, fast at the same time.
He gave me few tips on how to use the aircon properly. I was happy with the service

Crystal Sigma have carried out a number of installations for us at a residential block we own, including in line electric boilers, air source heat pumps and general heating and plumbing works. Their work has always been excellent, the premises left clean and tidy, and their response time and flexibility also excellent. We continue to use them for all our future needs related to the above

Reliable, efficient and friendly service. Good prices too

I recommend Crystal Sigma

Samir came up with the ideal solution for my house and Vali and his team did an impeccable job with the install.

We were concerned as our house was recently renovated and AC was an afterthought, but Samir and Vali fit the system in a very clean and discreet way.

We thought an AC install would be a large project and cause a lot of disruption but that was not the case with CS - highly recommended.

I compared this company to 3 others. Sigma were competitive, responsive and delivered a good product. Would use them again

Great support overall from engineers to management. Quality products.Would recommend anytime.

They came up with the ideal aircon solution for my home. I did not have to wait long for the work to be done, and their customer service was excellent.

Impecable, profesional and polite

Excellent service and communication. Job was done swiftly with correct safety measures in place given the current environment. Very happy thanks!

We got in touch after receiving a quote elsewhere we perceived to be extortionate. within days of enquiring, Crystal Sigma were in the premises and produced a quote which was far more competitive. Following that within a week or so we had the Unit fitted. Very pleased with the service from the office staff as well as the two guys who fitted the unit. Very impressed with the entire service

Crystal Sigma is a very professional air conditioning company. They carried out the upgrading of our existing ac system with diligent workmanship and cooperative attitude and completed the contract work in a timely manner and to our full satisfaction. I wish they continue maintaining the high standard of their workmanship.

very efficient and value for money service and install

From point of contact to end of job, every interaction with a member of crystal sigma was professional and efficient. They are really helpful and would only ever use their services moving forwards

Excellent firm from start to finish. The job wasn’t as straight forward as we would have wished but the guys at Crystal Sigma found us the right solutions to make it works. I found them to be professional and trustworthy and fair - I can’t recommend these guys enough for all your AC needs.

Company are brilliant, emailed them and got back to me straight away regarding attending a site and quoting the works that are required. Got a phone call after they surveyed site and advised they will send costs over which I received shortly after. They kept in contact after regarding any updates. Great company and very helpful.

Crystal Sigma installed 2 air conditioner units in our house in London. We cannot be happier with their service and the final product. They were very easy to deal with, we had builders at home and they met with them and agreed on a plan to work together to install the units. Amazing job, thank you!
