I just got an email from custom canvas…

I just got an email from custom canvas saying they've issued a REFUND on my canvas that I've been waiting for since BEFORE CHRISTMAS. I have been told seven times by custom canvas that my product was in customs, being x-rayed, had the wrong address, blah blah blah, and now they're saying they issued a refund? Why would they do that if it's on its way and just being held up by customs for the 7th time? And why do you have an x-ray a canvas? Anyway, there was no refund deposited in my account. Nothing. Not surprised! Don't order anything from custom canvas people!

Upon checking, the order hasn't been updated since January 22nd which gave us an impression that the order is lost. We do not want to wait you any longer which is why we have processed your refund yesterday, February 3, 2025 and it is currently pending which is the reason why you still haven't received any notification from your bank that it has been processed. It takes 24 to 48 hours and can sometimes takes 7 business days to process refunds depending on your banks processing time. We do not wish to cause any inconvenience to you and we take full responsibility for any delays that the carrier is causing. We understand that it is our responsibility as well to choose the carrier we ship with and please know that this has been a learning experience for us as well and ensure improve our services in the future.

**Terrible Experience

**Terrible Experience – Never Received My Order!**

I placed an order with **CSTM Canvas** over **two months ago**, and I still haven't received anything. No updates, no tracking information, and absolutely zero customer service response. I've reached out multiple times, but they either ignore my messages or give vague, unhelpful answers.

At this point, it feels like I've just thrown my money away. This company is completely unreliable, and I **would not recommend** ordering from them unless you enjoy waiting indefinitely for a product that never arrives. **Avoid at all costs!**

Refunded finally after never getting order

Updated-2/3/25-Finally got a refund after reporting to PayPal.

Still have not gotten my order and still customer arrive just keeps sayings it’s on its way but the tracking number still says it is sitting since 12/24. I’ve already submitted a claim with PayPal for a refund.

Slow delivery and poor tracking from China

Liked the product but the tracking leaves you constantly wondering with the carrier handoff. Estimated or what the delivery said at checkout took a little longer in real life. Didn’t make it in time.

This company i should have read where this company was. They haven't delivered canvas yet. It's been 3 months. Ordered it on 11/04/2024. Now it's 01/16/2025. Really please don't order from here they are just a scam taking people money that's looking for so called quality work.

Order never came

Order never came. Processing took 4 weeks. Shipping was from China. Can't track order. It's now 7 weeks since order and still no package. The only response I've gotten is it's coming. Was told it would be here last week, and the week before that. Order never came and they don't give your money back. Theives

Well not yo beat a dead horse but.....
I ordered a canvas for my wife intended for Christmas. Here we are January 15th 2025 and it still has not shown up. I emailed and got the same email as others.... It is shipping and thank you for your patience. I have sent multiple emails after with no reply. Tracking says it has been in Los Angeles and last dated January 7th. Very poor communication!

Good Luck

I ordered my canvas on December 10 and was told normally 2 weeks, but probably closer to 3 weeks - no biggie I figured as much with it being 2 weeks from Xmas . It’s not January 9 and still no canvas . The effin tracking shows it’s been setting in Los Angeles since January 4 WHY? For five days it’s just sat there ? That’s bullshit . And please stop using the Shopify tracking . It suckd . If you’re too cheap to use a top or even mid tier courier and just charge for shipping or give us the option . That way we can at least choose to pay another $26 for shipping at get it in 3 weeks vs free shipping and it’s arrival is as unknown as the lottery numbers . BUY AMERICAN MADE PRODUCTS ONLY! I didn’t realize this was made in China or I’d not ordered it however, I’ve ordered ‘MANY THINGS coming from China and received it faster than this - ridiculous

This company is a scam

This company is a scam, I placed my order on 12/1 and have yet to recieve my order. The tracking numbver that was sent to me just shows that it is in transit and nothing more. The company will not get back to me about exactly where my order is, they won't even tell me which carrier has my package.

Canvas took a month to arrive and not as described

I ordered a custom canvas expecting to receive a printed and mounted canvas like the one shown in the video. Not only did it arrive over a month after I placed the order, but it also turned out to be just a printed sheet on a roll—not the mounted canvas they make it appear to be. Very disappointing!

Nice canvas, poor tracking info

The couples dating in love canvas is very nice & was an impulse buy,but it was costly for it’s size & I’m sure I could’ve sourced it cheaper if I’d bothered to look,seen the ad on instagram & was under the impression it was a uk company,if I’d knew they were a Chinese outfit & it would take so long to receive I wouldn’t have bothered,the communication was poor & no way of contacting them, they sent an email with a tracking link, but this wasn’t updated daily & it took nearly 2 weeks to just leave china, they stated on the order that it would be dispatched by Royal Mail & that gave me the impression that they were uk based, on reaching the uk it was delivered by evri & im surprised it reached me & in one piece,

This so called company is a complete disgrace.

I made and paid for an order for a christmas gift in late Nov.2024 promising an 8day delivery.I never received this order as of Christmas Eve and sent an inquiry as to the state of my order. Prior to this I tried tracking the order and the order number couldn't be found. I then sent a request for my money to be refunded. It was then i finally heard from someone Named Jamie that said the order was sent to their reliable carriers. Well after several emails that went unanswered my order arrived on Dec. 30. I told my wife Merry Christmas, opened the package and it wasn't even my order ! had someone else's names on it. I have never dealt with a business so inept in my life. Don't ever do any business with this company. I'm still waiting to hear from someone to explain this disaster, And yes I still want my money back !

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. Go through Amazon or a more trusted company. I placed my order on Dec 4, I have yet to receive my order...22 days later. I did track and as of today, my order is in Shanghai. I have sent multiple emails requesting details of their promise of order processing. I received one and have to receive a response to my following emails.
I would not suggest using this company and I am about ready to ask for my money back, not a credit, a full refund since they have not kept their side of the order agreement. This was to be a Christmas gift, but I think I would be lucky to give as an Easter or Halloween gift.
So disappointment with the service and this really goes to show the quality of this company's reputation. Customer satisfaction is important along with making sure that the customer is feeling insecure and the non responsiveness is very low grade.
