Where we experience higher than expected demand on specific products we are sometimes unable to fulfil a small number of orders. We do make every effort to ensure our supplies are available in a timely manner. We will take your comments into consideration as we review this process and as we update our website. Poor Customer service
Firstly, they don’t answer their phones, so I had to ring head office to find out if my tiles had arrived. Assistant was going to the loo when I arrived, but said He would be with me shortly and to wait in reception. When he came through, he was already serving someone else, so I had to wait. He did load tile boxes onto a trolley and put them in my car, but he dropped one box and damaged half a dozen tiles!

Dyroy Aubergine
I ordered the Dyroy Aubergine metro brick tiles, they are beautiful with a lovely shade variation. Customer service has been exceptional thank you Luke Uren, Gaynor McDonald, Stuart and the team at the Bristol branch. Highly recommended!

Great customer service, not at all pushy, just really helpful. Good selection of tiles with easy to review system. Didn't know they were just by sainsbury's but having been to other tile places they were cheaper and had better ranges. Would nit hesitate to recommend. Special thanks to Ben 😊

Ben was great
Ben helped me with a tile order at the Bristol branch. He was brilliant, very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, offering me sound advice and listening to all my queries with patience and understanding. I will definitely be returning.

What service should be
I use these guys on a regular basis Ash Stuart and Ben provide a knowledgeable service and there doesn’t seem to be anything they don’t know regarding tiling!!
Wouldn’t use any one else

Pop in on the off chance of picking up some new tiles for extension and came away with everything i needed in one go. Great service of the chap in store happy to help with ideas.
